I made a reservation to celebrate my husband's and my birthday. The walls in the room were thin, as I could hear the TV sound leaking into the hallway. It was written that the bedding was Simmons, but I wonder how true that is! I thought it might be a business hotel. The food was tough even though it was pork. I had high expectations because I saw beef and lobster in the pictures. I was really disappointed because the food didn't match the image in the photos. The fried mackerel and the pork felt like typical home cooking, so I don’t think I would have made a reservation if I had known that. The French toast at breakfast was not soaked at all; it felt like just eating plain bread, which was disheartening because my husband liked French toast… We made a reservation, and yet… my husband felt the same way. On the positive side, the staff were all pleasant. I appreciated the all-you-can-drink options for parfaits and meals, but the high service charge was concerning. In the end, even though they provided a bag for the onsen, it was too small to hold anything, so I ended up using my own bag. I wished they had provided bath towels and face towels at the onsen. If that were the case, I might have enjoyed going to the bath with that small bag. I think it would be better to provide more detailed information about the hotel for the customers’ benefit. I believe there are not many criteria to choose from, so people often decide based on photos. Also, I called to confirm the reservation in advance, but when I inquired about the meals, I was told they could not check. I wondered whom I should ask then. In the end, it was disappointing that they served fish that I couldn't eat. In the end, even the final bill included a bathing tax… I felt that there was no point in making a prepayment.
This was my second stay. Just like the last time, I was very satisfied with both breakfast and dinner. In particular, the steak for dinner was delicious. I think the cost performance is good.
The quality and quantity of the service were satisfying. The welcome service was stylish, which really excited the girls. There were drinks available not only soft drinks but also wine, making it a very worthwhile stay.
The room and hot springs are very nice. The staff was very friendly. However, the location is in a very remote mountain valley, and there are no commercial facilities around the accommodation. The bar and restaurant inside the accommodation also close early, so there are limited activities to enjoy at night.

A middle school boy and his mother stayed overnight. We made a reservation on the day of our arrival. We were relaxed by the welcome sweets and foot bath service after we arrived. There were options for children's clothing as well, and my son was happy about that. The room was well-cleaned, and the TV could also be used to watch YouTube, which was great. We thoroughly enjoyed the night parfait as well. This time, our stay did not include dinner, so I would like to experience that next time.
