I went by car. Since I went in a large vehicle, there wasn't a dedicated parking lot, but there were several flat parking lots nearby. I parked on Saturday afternoon and left it until late the next night for about 4,500 yen. The distance from the station gives the impression of a hotel located just a short walk from the subway station. On the first floor of the hotel, there is a Lawson convenience store, which was reassuring in terms of safety as I could go there without going out onto the road. It's not in a busy area, so there are a moderate number of restaurants, and I felt relatively safe walking outside at night as a woman. The hotel staff was also very courteous, so my enjoyable trip wasn't spoiled, and I was able to spend my time comfortably. The reason for the low rating was that the refrigerator was slightly oversized and protruding a bit. It wobbled when I opened and closed it, so that was the only concern I had. I usually clean the red mold in the bathroom whenever I stay at hotels, but in this case, I think it was quite clean as it was only lightly scrubbed for about an inch.
The hotel is very close to the train station, just a short walk away. Upon arriving, you will find a convenience store, and the lobby is right next to a Lawson. It's conveniently located near Osaka - Umeda station, making it easy to go shopping and travel. The rooms are very clean, and the staff provides good service. You can store your luggage both before check-in and after check-out. The hotel is still new and has a premium feel. I particularly like the common area on the 14th floor, which has a nice seating area and a good-looking spa. It's very worth it for the price.
I was heading to Kyoto before staying over at this hotel. So we left a few of our baggage here prior to our check-in ,which will be in 3 days time. Initially the front desk staff agreed that they could accept our baggage once we had a confirmation booking. The moment we left the front door, she chase us and told that there would be a storage fee. It came to my surprise that everywhere we travelled, hotels doesn’t charge any storage fee for as long as we had a valid confirmation booking. So we didn’t bother much,we paid 2400 jpy to store our baggages. After 3 days had past,it came to our check-in day,the front desk staff which was the same Vietnamese lady checks us in and she didn’t said anything about the room or mentioned about our booking. The moment my wife is following me up,she stops my wife and told her “sorry you can’t go up”. I was wondering why and until she told me that my booking was only for 1 person. I was so frustrated and wondering why she didn’t tell me in the first place if that’s the case which i may have overlooked. We could just fork out the difference and had a smooth check in. She was unhappy judging by her facial expression and i went up. Came to my surprise that this was the most dustiest hotel room I’ve been in my life! Pieces of thrash and rotten fruits was found under my bed. Called up housekeeping and they said they don’t understand English. I told them “Can you clean the room?” It’s simple English i guess. Won’t be staying in this hotel ever again
The room was clean and the male staff at the reception were kind and attentive, which was great. There was a beautiful Lawson convenience store attached, and the onsen was a nice addition, making for a comfortable stay. One thing I noticed was that there were many gaps in the blind curtains, allowing some light to leak in, which was a bit dazzling. Also, since it was summer, when I tried to sleep with the air conditioning on, the wind blew against the blinds, causing them to sway and let in flickering light, which affected the quality of my sleep. I managed to sleep by using a towel as an eye mask. Nevertheless, despite that, I was very satisfied because it was clean and comfortable.

“Great cost performance.”
The air conditioning was weak and the freezer didn’t work, but other than that, it was generally good. Especially, all the staff were friendly and accommodated all my requests, which was nice. It was safe to use the elevator with the key card since there was no chance of outsiders coming in. There was also a Lawson right below, and many convenience stores and a drugstore around, and a Life Mart about a 10-minute walk away, which was great. It’s only one station away from Umeda, so it's very close. I could also easily get to Namba. The large bath has one tub and about five washing areas, so it was on a smaller scale. The room was small by Osaka standards, but it was a bit more spacious compared to other accommodations. One notable point is that most of the guests were Chinese. There was no room cleaning, but since I stayed short-term, it wasn't inconvenient. I’d like to use this place again next time.
