Staying at the Hotel Vivere for 3 days and 2 nights was truly impressive, especially the room which was clean and nice. We booked a standard type but it turned out to be spacious with complete and good facilities. The gym can only accommodate 1 person per room because it has just joined with something, I forgot the name of the gym. The swimming pool is also nice and clean, there are places to hang out even though it's a bit pricey. What impressed me is that the staff here are very friendly and provide excellent service. The best... I hope Hotel Vivere continues to provide the best service to customers. Next time I will definitely book again.

The hotel is generally pretty good and the rooms are nice and generally comfortable, and everything was clean. We had a few issues when we stayed there. Firstly, the booking says "check in from 14:00". When we arrived at 16:30, the room was still not ready and we had to wait quite a long time for the room to be cleaned. The noise insulation in the rooms is not great - the doors to the rooms are not sound insulated very well, and there were a lot of noisy people (other guests - not staff) in the corridors so we got woken up a lot in the morning when trying to sleep. The windows on the building are only single glazed, so the noise from the road enters the building easily too. There was very loud music until 2am at night. I contacted the reception and they told me it's from the bar across the road, so it was difficult to sleep - even with ear plugs in I could still hear / feel the bed shaking from the music. Otherwise, everything at the hotel was great.

The large room has a sofa, the furniture is nice because of the collaboration with Vivere, the air conditioning is cold, and the staff response is quick. The downsides: the lobby on the 8th floor, there used to be a gym, there is no goods/staff lift so hotel items go up and down with the guest lift, making it less comfortable. Overall it's okay... we were satisfied staying at the Artotel group... the room design is nice.

The hotel feels very comfortable, beyond my expectations. The rooms feel clean as well, and we got a free room upgrade, which made our stay even more unforgettable. The staff were kind and friendly; when we ordered food online, they kindly helped bring it to our room. Highly recommended!

“Beautiful and Clean Hotel”
I am impressed with the design of the hotel lobby and the room. It is of 5 star hotel standard. Bed and pillows are very comfortable too. It has Dolce coffee machine. The price is very affordable. Clean and well maintain. Soaps smells really good. Shower has good water force and also equipped with hair dryer. On the top floor has small swimming pool. Water is shallow at one side so swimming is not nice but view is amazing overseeing the city and mountains. Swimming pool abit dusty but ok. They provide towels too. I must say for those above points I would give it 9/10. We have fun walking around vivere furniture and design stores too. (+) Free Netflix (-) points below 1. The service from the receptionist Pls take note the date of check in was yesterday from today post. The man in charge of the reception lobby had shift around 5-8pm. He took more than 15 mins to take care of our checkin at ard 6pm. We are the only one there no other customers. I dunno what he is doing. Very slow. When he gave me the key he only said the room at 5th floor no other explanations. We went to the lift, which the card did not function we had to go down and go up again. Back to him, he said he would check and took us another 10 mins. He called a service guy to come to accompany us and he dressed up like technician. My request to him was to accompany us to only lift area make sure the card was functioning so that we would not be inside lift up and down for nothing. But he was seriously lazy. Only a few steps from his table and there is no customer. He asked the technical to accompany us till our room and I am not comfortable because its just my daughter and I. As I mentioned the technician is not wearing a formal reception clothes. 2. The Lift It is creepy. Because some lifts can press 8th floor some not. Also it stops often on other floors not because it is creepy but because the building has foodcourt, office and shops. So it can be annoying too.
