I found a cheap hotel on Agoda for two people in one room and reserved two rooms. When I received the confirmation email from the hotel, it said the reservation was for one person per room. I called immediately, and the hotel staff allowed me to add an additional fee of 1,500 yen per person per room for the reservation. The reception at the location was good, and I was able to stay at a great location just a minute's walk from the station with breakfast included at a lower price than nearby options. However, I was concerned about the smoke smell since the reserved room was a smoking room, and it was inconvenient that there were no seats available during breakfast because it was crowded. Other than that, I was very satisfied. I would like to stay at this hotel again on another occasion.

The location and the service were great, the free breakfast were great too. Although the setup of the hotel is the same as other Toyoko hotels, but the facilities were quite old, i think most of the facilities such as light switches, has been used for more than 40 years. One thing need to improve is the wifi connection, the speed was very very slow and i think I was back to the times with dial up internet connection.

The room was simple, cute, and warm, and it was clean! I was told not to expect too much from the breakfast, but there were variety and it was really, really delicious!!! The convenience for this price is excellent. First, the transportation access. It's a 2-minute walk from Yotsubashi Station on the Yotsubashi Line. Breakfast includes white rice, bread, mixed rice, hearty miso soup, two types of soup, and a daily variety of Japanese and Western side dishes, all of which have a home-cooked taste that is very satisfying. There are also many popular restaurants nearby, so you can enjoy dining out in the vicinity. After walking around and tiring your body, you can relax and refresh the next morning. I thoroughly enjoyed my trip.
