Very efficient hotel”

Breakfast is good with its food quality and selection. The menu changes every day too. If you like Japanese food, the breakfast is for you. Rooms are very tiny but well equipped with good supply of hot water, big flat screen TV. The hotel is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Sound insulation or rooms are good though you could still (though rarely) hear people if they speak in the corridor and the siren when ambulances approach the hospital nearby. Sleeping quality is good. It is within 7 minute walk from the Hiroshima Station. In May 2017, the north and south gates of the station are finally connected so there is no need to go from the south gate to the north gate via the underground street.

I stayed here only for 1 night, and although the rooms are very small, they are equipped with all you need for a short stay. Good location, friendly staff.

A very good location 5 minutes from train station. Walking distance to all the major sites. Staff are very friendly & helpful. Room was good, clean and had all the facilities you look for.

Don't expect too much. Just got what you have paid. Location is near station so it's good. Generally clean but a bit smelly at reception.

It was raining”

I arrived at 3:30 pm thinking that check-in was at 3 pm, but was told it was at 4 pm because I was not a member. I had to wait in the lobby. Unfortunately, it was raining heavily and I was wet, so I wished they could be more flexible.

The location is convenient as it is close to the station. The room was spacious with a large TV.

The hotel staff were calm and lovely. I thought it was tough that they worked until late at night. The breakfast was also delicious.

立体駐車場もリーズナブルな価格！ 他地方のグループホテルより部屋が広く(新しいから？)、窮屈感が無い！ 連泊にも充分利用可能。 欠点はパジャマサイズにLLがない事。

荷物を預けたかったのに”

駅に近い事で選んだのに、チェックインをさせてもらえず、結局ロッカーを探す羽目になり、不便に感じました。 以前他の県の同ホテルを利用しましたが、朝食がもっと美味しかった気がします。楽しみにしてただけに、残念でした。

最近混雑しているのか、１０月２日夜中の２時ごろ外からドアノブを２回にわたって廻された。 フロントから名前の書くにもされましたが、翌朝その説明はされませんでした。 今回は気分悪い宿泊でした。
