"I was so lucky to have found Little Charm Hanoi Hostel. I almost booked a different hostel, until I stumbled upon this on Agoda! It's one of the best hostels I've stayed at in my 7 months of continuous traveling. The first hostel where beds are made for you daily and towels can be changed daily if you wish. Lots of toilets and shower rooms on every floor so you won't have to queue. Everyone in the staff was GENUINELY NICE. Zoe on the front desk was always helpful and Antonio the Spanish-speaking vietnamese staff. Guy who checked me in was so nice as well, but I didn't get his name. Breakfast was amaaaazing. I did not expect it to be so good. You are given lots of options on a menu card, but on top of that, there's even a buffet spread for fruits, vegetables and drinks (juices, vietnamese coffee, tea, water). Not only that, the hostel even has a pool with jets! The common area is also nice. You get a quiet work area on the second floor, or you can hang out at the restaurant as all their seats are comfy and all areas are work-conducive. So handy when you're working while traveling like me. It was so good, we extended 2 more nights (direct at the hostel) and we booked again for when we come back to Hanoi. Also, the hostel holds your luggages for you (in a storage room with bag tags) if you want to check out and go to Sapa/Halong Bay for a couple of days. Really can't ask for more! If you don't stay here when you're in Hanoi, you'd be missing out on a lot! Hanoi is chaotic but this hostel is your little oasis in the middle of all that! The best!"

"Very good hostel with friendly staff. The dorm can host up to 12 people. You have curtains to keep some privacy. Prices for hotels in Hanoi are much more expensive than the rest of the country. For the same price we had double rooms in all the north of Vietnam. Their tour packaging are quite expensive."

"Thank you Old Quarter View Hanoi Hostel for making my stay here in Hanoi wonderful and comfy 😊 It really is a home away from home 👍 The room is very clean and the free breakfast is the best free breakfast that I've tried ever in my 1 year of traveling outside the Philippines. Special mention to the accommodating staffs Jenny and Thu for booking my Halong Bay Tour with Swan Cruise which I enjoyed a lot! "After many trips to Hanoi this is definately the cleanest most beautiful hotel, it looks average from inside but inside it a mellow psychedelic wonderland of luxury. The only downside is no lift so if you are lazy take the second floor, for me no problem and I took the top floor penthouse (only one room on top floor for utmost privacy and luxury) - the hotel owner is not a broker but owner of travel company and cruise ships offering cheap luxury tours with only quality and no hard sell. The rooms are spotless and simple hi-tech and tastefully decorated. The location is the best and surrounded by great coffee-shop eateries and mini bar nearby, in fact the location could not be better as it is slap bang right in the center and most attractions are within walking distance. The staff are also the non-intruding unlike many Hanoi hotels and very knowledgable when u need assistance. They offer good exchange rates too as well as any type of booking done without surcharge - this is a true heaven in Hanoi so enjoy - they also arranged a very cheap motorbike for me to rent that ran economically like a charm"
