"Pros: Friendly stuff A nice and new boot and rooms. Foot was ok (Breakfast is not a breakfast, a bit bread , offered fried eggs but take super long, had only one pan) The older guide Brian was very nice and also good in guiding and managing the tours (the other stuff from the boat are very young and less experienced) Cons: Dinner - music was super loud, could not understand my partner - very uncomfortable When they serve the food they did not inform in advance what they will serve, suddenly the clear the table Super unsafe transfer from the tender boat to the cruise ( there is now plank) one guest fall between the gap of the two boat’s. The trip to the hospital cave is boring - useless.."

"The hotel has excellent facilities with enthusiastic and helpful staff. The buffet opens until 10 am so we do not have to rush for breakfast like in other hotels. What I like most is the dessert. Very delicious caramel and mousse cakes. Highly recommend for those wishing to spend a night in Ha Long! "

"The staff could not be nicer. I was headed to quarantine due to Danang visit in July 2020. They called hospitals, got quotes for me, and taxis back to Hanoi. The hotel is beautiful, clean, large rooms, and a perfect location in Ha Long to ships and local culture. "

"Amazing hotel! The view of the Bay from the room was mind-blowing. Also, great view from the pool and the restaurant. The staff were very helpful. Everything about this hotel was excellent. I've been to many other 5-star resorts in Vietnam and this one takes the cake. A lot of the staff speaks English and they have a lot of westerners working around. They've got a very nice infinity pool with view of the Bay. The restaurant frankly was not too impressive. They had a great variety of food, a lot of different kinds of food in fact. However the taste and quality of the food didn't impress me, it wasn't bad, it just wasn't as excellent as all the other things this resort has to offer. I blame it on the holidays, too many people were at the hotel during this festive weekend. They were still building the rooftop so I didn't have access to that yet. They have an awesome golf course with all the things you'd expect from a 5-star resort. The check-out process took quite a long time (again, do to this weekend being a holiday weekend.) I fully recommend this resort for couples or families, it was amazing."
