Friendly and English speaking staff”
The hotel is very new, staff is super nice and friendly. Price is consider cheap for 3 adult and 1kids. The amenities is provided. Toilet considered big compared with other hotel.

Great value but need a bit of improvement”
We stay there with a family and the room is good enough, but if you bring a lot of luggages, it will be difficult to find space. The room carpet was not as clean as we expected, but the bathroom and shampoo etc were quite nice. The staff will need to learn more about the surrounding tourists attractions to allow them explaining where, what and how to the tourist rather than googleing and find the answer there. For example, we asked about the direction to the Peace Memorial Park, the staff doesn't look like to have the confidence in answering it. On the next day, we asked about Hiroshima Castle, if we can catch bus or train to get there. Their answer was just by walking as they always walk. I googled myself and found that we can catch the bus and then train. Hopefully the staff are local and have been to the tourists place or at least have some knowledge as if they were the tourist.

Near shopping street”
A nice boutique hotel with very modern simple design, a distance away from the streetcar station though. Staff can speak only simple English. Half the time, I didn't understand what the staff was saying :P. Room didn't had any table or chair for me to do my work, had to go down lobby to use the table and bench. Since I was there for only 2 nights, no complaints!

Excellent quality ”
The hotel was fantastic! It was very modern and chic. The room was large and comfortable for all 4 of us. Toiletries (including hair brush, toothbrush + paste, shaver) were provided and my husband loved the green tea smell of the bath soap. The washing machine was easy to use, no need to bring own power. However, the dryer was not able to dry the clothes completely with just 1 cycle. Not an issue if the load was small though.

Staffs are nice and fluent in English ”
Hotel is very new so facilities are almost brand new. Design if the hotel is nice and Morden ，room is spacious (I book a three beds rooms or four adult). Bed is good too!

Almost everything is good but breakfast”
The breakfast is not cheap in price but the quality is far too bad to accept. All dishes are cold and the egg roll with some fishlike paste is so fishy.we can hardly managed to fill up the stomach andvthis make the stay imperfect

Nice clean and modern residence with common laundry and kitchen facilities. Great location near to food, restaurants and convenience store. Not too far from the trams. Staff put in extra effort to assist you. Kids love the bunk bed. Will definitely recommend this place to other families.

Great location”
We had some complications when checking in because the receptionist thought we didn't make the payment yet so we almost got double charged (online and offline when checking in) Liked the fact that there was a lounge area where we can cool down and read a book. But, because our room was on the same floor as the lounge area we couldn't sleep until late because there were people using the lounge, kitchen and laundry facilities. Noise cancellation not so great.

ホテルの外観、お部屋のデザイン、シンプルだけど木の温かみのある雰囲気で、全てタイプでした！ またスタッフの方も親切に対応してくださりとても気持ちがよかったです。 そして立地が良いことがとてもありがたく、ホテルから歩いて街に行くことが出来たのがとても便利でした。 また、関係ないかもしれませんが😂提携してある駐車場の誘導の方が、行きの方も帰りの方もとても良い方でした。車のエレベーター式(?)の駐車場で、あまり慣れていなかった私にとても丁寧に優しく教えてくださり、帰りにも福岡ナンバーを見て福岡トークしてくださったりと、始まりと終わりがとても気持ち良くていい旅だったな、と感じています！ バーを利用できなかったので、次回はぜひバーを満喫したいと思います🍸 また広島に行く際は是非利用させていただきます！

オシャレで快適でした。小さな子には、ロフトは高くて怖かったようです。朝食は予約でいっぱいで、オシャレなカフェでの朝食が取れなかったのが残念でした。 お好み焼ビルの横で、夕食は美味しい広島焼きを食べました。立地は最高です。

場所もバス停から近く、 外見からしておしゃれでしたし、 お部屋、上のラウンジも最高でした！ チェックインの時に急いでいたのですが スタッフさんが感じ取ってくれたのか 手早く分かりやすく簡潔に説明してくれたのも とてもよかったです！

大人4人 子供3人で 2段ベットが３台ある部屋に宿泊。 2段ベットに子供たちが大喜び☆ アメニティも充分準備して頂いてました。 お部屋から5mほどでPOOLBARあり、（近っ） 大人チームは素敵な音楽を聴きながら、果肉たっぷりのレモンサワーを飲みながら語らいました。 朝から バリスタさんのコーヒーも頂いて、気持ちが上がった素敵なホテルでした。 広島の繁華街の中にあり、 買い物に飲食店もはしごしたり大変利便性は 最強！ チェックアウトの際に、集合写真も撮影して頂き素敵な思い出を残せました。 また是非お伺い致します☆
