    “Superb Business Hotel”

The Hotel is super close by to Esaka Station, with heaps of affordable restaurants, Starbucks, Uniqlo, Tokyo Hands and other stores practically downstairs (3 - 5 mins walk). Staff are superb. 5* white glove style traditional Japanese service and hospitality. There is washing machine and dryer onsite, but it is on ground floor, and the laundry can be accessed from street, so you want to keep eye on washing time and get your laundry promptly (though I had no issues, and no indication, of laundry being tampered with at all). The whole hotel has an old style, bubble era look and vibe. Not updated, but it is superbly clean and well maintained. I love the comfy feel of bubble era hotels vs hospital like sanitary feel of modern hotel rooms. Room was a little small. Typical Tokyo small room. Could fit one large check in luggage on floor. But was clean, and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. There is a coffee area where you can get drinks and microwaves to heat food and sit down area to eat (if you don’t want to eat in room). Nice as several Lawsons are practically downstairs. Great business style hotel at a great price, with amazing staff.

    “Great Stay with Minor Drawbacks”

The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, while the cleanliness and attentive staff truly enhance the experience. Housekeeping does an excellent job, ensuring a tidy environment throughout the stay. However, the view leaves something to be desired, and parking can be a bit tricky, which are the only downsides to an otherwise enjoyable visit. Overall, it's a solid choice for anyone looking to stay in the area.

    “Just right! I am grateful!”

During the Golden Week coinciding with the World Expo, hotel prices skyrocketed everywhere, so I was very relieved to be able to stay for around 12,000 yen. The hotel was really close to Esaka Station, and it was very convenient with a supermarket and Lawson nearby. The room was compact, but it had an air purifier, a kettle with ice water, and a kettle for boiling water, which are essentials for me, so I had no complaints. They provided cleaning every day, replaced towels, and kept the bathroom clean, making it very comfortable. I hardly noticed any noise. When I opened the window, I could hear train sounds and the opening and closing of the adjacent door, but it wasn't anything fatal. Some people mentioned that the breakfast had few options, but if you keep that in mind, it was sufficient. It was great that I could choose between Japanese and Western food. I stayed for four nights and alternated between the two. The Japanese breakfast allowed for rice refills, and since I was on a business trip, it helped me have a good meal at the hotel. Being close to the station, with little noise, and having the essentials well provided, I was really satisfied. Thank you! *However, it gets really dry, so I recommend using the humidifier provided!

    “Highly recommended!”

Had a wonderful solo stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, close to everything I needed. There are combini at every block/street and restaurants as well. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were excellent. Everything I needed was available, making my stay very comfortable. Highly recommended!

“A trip to Osaka after 15 years.”

Twenty years ago, I worked at a company in Esaka, and since I used to go there for work, I chose this hotel. The hotel had a retro Showa feeling, which was very nostalgic. This time, I came with my family by car. The guidance for the parking lot was very courteous, which was nice. It left a good impression. It is close to the station, and if you walk a bit, there are convenience stores and supermarkets, so it was convenient. My son (a high school student) adjusted the refrigerator's dial, but it ended up in the freezer setting, so I thought it would be better if there were clearer indicators. The reception staff and the cleaning staff were very busy during the long holiday, but they provided good service nonetheless. Thank you very much. I felt that it was a great trip to Osaka when I went back.
