“Very comfortable stay exceeded my expectations!”
Had a very pleasant stay at Robero! First, the hotel is well known enough that the taxi drivers know the location just from seeing the name. The self check-in procedure had some hiccups though as the reservation number you have to find the number from Agoda (not email). But after that it's a breeze! They use digital locks for their rooms so we felt very safe as the hotel is up to date with technology despite in jeju! (It's my first time having hotel with digital lock actually haha) We stayed in deluxe twin and it's very spacious. Air-conditioning, air flow and water is ok! We weren't sure how often the housekeeping is because it only states there's only housekeeping for those 3+ nights stays (we stayed a week), so we used the indicators to ask for housekeeping every 2 days. But eventually last 2 days we didn't light up the indicator the housekeeper came to clean anyway! Provided 3 bottled water everytime they cleaned. Few things to improve, the duvet can get slightly warm as it's quite thick. Even in winter me and mum felt warm under the duvet; only got better when it got colder later in the night. It would be nice to have at least a staff at the main lobby counter, as I initially wanted to ask for help pre booking a taxi but for the entire week stay we saw nobody at all lol. Also due to that, I was not comfortable to leave my luggages at the luggage storage as literally no1 is manning the luggages. Even tho everything was ok for our stay but in that aspect I guess it's not very safe. The hotel location is the reason why I booked because you just walk out of hotel go right and there's escalator down to underground shopping, which also is linked and super close to the shopping street and Dongmun market. Bus stops are nearby as well, there's also a GS25 opposite. The palace opposite is good for you to recognise your stop as well on the bus haha will definitely want to come back again if I'm back to jeju!
