If i could rate them out of 10, I’ll rate them 100/10. From location, staff, facilities and cleanliness. They usually dont do housekeeping everyday but still, when they clean, it was super neat and good. Their water is a plus, they’re using purified water, readily available for drinking, it made our skin really good. The staff we’re all accommodating and smiling, from check-in to checkout, they help us checking in their machine. They give amenities also. It’s a 3-5 minutes walk from the metro station, the surrounding area was really quiet unlike the busy areas in dotonbori. The linen smells nice too. Will definitely go back here when i visit osaka. “Great stay w fantastic value”
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Osaka! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient — about a 10–15 minute walk from the nearest station — making it easy to get around the city while still enjoying a quieter neighbourhood. Overall, a great experience and I’d be happy to stay here again!
