Overall, we enjoyed our stay. GREAT price and location and the overall cleanliness was good.”

Things I like
Location was great, cleanliness was overall good. Well laid out floorplan. People I dealt with were super responsive. Ground floor unit which was great for my 80+ yr old parents. Price was fantastic.
Things I don’t like
Room had some bugs, but not too bad. Microwave was out, had to use a tiny countertop one. Needs newer and more cookware. We cooked several meals and needed more and better pots/pans/skillets/plates/glasses etc. Door code was an issue. Worked on 1st try a few times, but most of the time it took several attempts to get back in room. I thought it was just me not working it correctly, but several others in the complex had the same issue. I had to open the door for a couple of people who were having issues getting in their rooms.

Condo in pidgeon forge”

Things I like
Location was perfect. Close to many restaurants, activities and not far from Dollywood. Found location to be in a quiet area. Plenty of space, good size kitchen, good size bedrooms and bathrooms.
Things I don’t like
Mattress in master bedroom is very, very soft. Also you can hear people walking around above you. Unfortunately, there must have been some kid running around that we heard constantly at night and then in the early morning waking us up during our stay. They need carpeting on the 2nd floor to muffle the noise. No matter where you stay, hotel or condo you never know about the quietness of the other people staying there.

I enjoyed the cleanness of the place, the great customer service and how efficient they solved the problem we had with the TV. I loved the quietness of the condo. I wish I could have stayed there. It was a wonderful experience that I look forward to the next time.

The hot tub stopper wouldn't stop the water from going out therefore couldn't run the jets. The hot tub in my room was one of the reasons I chose this place to stay. Other than a couple issues , it was clean and useful. Conveniently located too !

Things I like
The condo was very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was nicely stocked. Bonus was the outdoor and indoor pools. The location to everything in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg was fantastic.
Things I don’t like
While we were not asked to show them, wrist bands were needed for the pool according to the sign and we did not know where to find them. This is a VERY minor negative, the positives far outweigh it!
