Colorado State hotels & accommodations
The location was the best thing about the hotel. But the room was below average. There was no coffee machine, no complimentary water and the decoration was like motel. I was disappointed.
Old school hotel. The only lift that work requires you to ring a bellboy and is very slow and cute but you will probably only use it once because it takes ages to operate it. Nice hallway, Colorado of the past and tiny rooms. Right next to great shopping and restaurant. Don't expect modernity or luxury.
Location location location, location was perfect in downtown area, you could walk to everywhere from Hilton. I have booked executive level room so that we could have breakfast and snacks. I still think that it was a good decision however not much of a snack except bottled water, soft drinks and some nuts. Breakfast at 8 AM was OK but breakfast at 9 AM there were ha...
Me and my boyfriend came for nye and it was made by the room we were allocated! Room 424 had a walk up jacuzzi bath tub and we spent most of our vacation in there. I love how each room has its own individuality and all the employees were so friendly and assisting. Would recommend as the best place to stay here in Glenwood! Thank you hotel colorado!
I've stayed here before and it is always the best option for me in the fall when I visit. I like the location and the staff is super friendly and professional. The view was nice out the window, the room was clean (even though it smelled a little like cigarette smoke when I first walked in) and I will stay there again next time. I got a great deal on the room, but I ...
This place was very well kept and the rooms are nice and clean. It’s what you would expect from a Hilton hotel. Price is good for value. Two things we noticed: first, not a negative, but there’s another Doubletree about 5 minutes down the road. Can cause confusion so make sure you GPS to the right one! Second, a small negative was that it is in close proximity to two...
I chose this place because of the ratings, pet friendly and affordability. MCM Elegante Suites exceeded my expectations. The room was quiet and cozy and the bed was extremely comfortable! I would definitely stay here again.
They were very accommodating and let us check in before our check in time!!! Awesome staff!!! Absolutely impressed!!
Would definitely stay here again. Nice beds, great pillows, clean room, good breakfast, pleasant staff. I have no complaints.
We stayed at the Curtis for fencing tournaments at the convention center. It’s a bit far from the venue (entrance on Welton street.) and there were multiple events happening that weekend. The staffs are all very friendly and helpful. Trant helped us with our heavy fencing bags. When I found out I didn’t have any cash to thank him for his wonderful assistance, he sa...
The views from the porch were awesome. The hotel itself is beautiful and makes you feel like you’ve stepped back to another time. The Cascades has fabulous service and food. If you book through a third party, be sure you are in the building that you actually want. I thought we were in the hotel, but when we got there we were in Aspire, which is a newer building. We man...
This was a very nice hotel. The only down side was we booked 2 rooms, one of the rooms was to have a pak and play for a 1 yr old. When I checked in, I told the staff member that I needed the room without the pak and play and the others would be checking in within the hour. When our son and his family checked in, they did NOT have the pak and play. So 2 hours later,...
This is close to the University of Colorado Health Hospital (UC Health) on the Anschutz campus and near the Childrens' Hospital. The rates were what I would consider low! Our room was nice, but they were totally renovating six suites beside us (like removing and replacing walls). These rooms will be great. The buffet breakfast was fantastic! Scrambled eggs, biscuits an...
We came here for our 10th anniversary. The room (bldg 4 king suite) was wonderful. Plenty of space, more than we needed. We were slope side which gave us plenty of privacy and a beautiful view of the slopes. The staff was so helpful always and gave us the best recommendations for where to go and what to eat. The place is massive and easy to get lost in but has plenty t...
The hotel offered services and special touches that would support a return trip for leisure.
I booked this hotel because I was attending a concert at Red Rocks. Checked in at night, no problem, and the staff were quite pleasant to deal with. Only thing docked for the stars is that the place is nestled into Suburbia, and the bathroom door kept hitting the toilet when being closed :( Very small bathroom.
The Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center has become our one and only place to stay in Denver. Everything, and I do mean everything, is the tops in terms of value for your dollar, location, cleanliness, beautiful rooms, friendly/helpful staff, and up-to-date facilities. We like to travel the world, and this place is one of our favorite hotels. You "ROCK" Hyatt Regency Denve...
Staff are welcoming and enthusiastic about the hotel’s breathtaking collection of modern artworks The customer-facing staff are very knowledgable about the art and about the wonderful selection of museums around the hotel. Free refreshments, welcome drinks, free minibar, snacks, local limo rides, candies, etc - all complimentary.
Marijuana smell throughout. Bathtub was filthy. Bed had a large dent in the center. Hotel personal were extremely helpful
Our three-day stay at Best Western Plus Peak Vista Inn & Suites started with a very warm welcome by Regina at the front desk on Thursday morning when we arrived. Regina made arrangements to store and safe-keep our luggages as we arrived before the check-in time. She even recommended a place for a quick breakfast before we headed out for our business meeting. We wer...
Lovely stay. Nice staff. Nice room. thankyou.
I had a pleasant & comfortable experience at the Econo Lodge. I was had my request of a high floor room met and was upgraded to a king room in the corner which resembled a mini suite. The staff was very friendly & helpful. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family in the future. Thank you
The Best Western in Firestone is a clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. We enjoyed our five night stay.
A short drive from downtown it was necessary to use our car to access restaurants and cafes. We stayed here because we had tickets for the steam train to Silverton. No lifts, we were on the second floor but the outside stairs were not steep and carting cases was not a problem. The swimming pool and spa were a joy to use on such a cold, rainy day. The breakfast was ...
I asked for a quite room. Didn’t know that 30 kids and several slim fast candidates would be pool bound from 8am on. The bed was very comfortable and service was good. Staff friendly.
The Lodge is a 25 minute drive from the city center of Colorado Springs, so if that is where you'll be spending the bulk of your time, keep that in mind. The better restaurants in Colorado Springs are in that area. Having said that, the Lodge and its amenities (pool, workout facility, golf club) are all top drawer, well appointed, new and clean. The staff is friendl...
Room seemed a little dark & stuffy. Guest parking was directly outside our window.
Lovely hotel. Wonderful amenities, and very pet friendly:) Don is so kind, front desk worker. Had a smile on my face the whole time!
Laundry machines were terrible (didn't spin out the water from my clothes), they didn't stock water in the gift shop for days (necessary in summer and at high altitude), internet is not great (very slow, connection issues. but this is common with all Hilton hotels). I will never stay here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Cheap places to stay in Colorado State
+ breakfast - very dirty room, outdated decor, lights didn't work, not very nice location Won't stay again.
Ember was absolutely sparkling clean especially the bathrooms! The beds were massive, cozy, and the curtains were a nice touch. Coffee was good and plentiful. But the two standouts for me were the well appointed kitchen (blender, cocktail shaker, dishwasher!!) and the very attentive staff. Phenomenal! Would come back to Denver for the hostel alone!
The hallways stink like ciggy smoke but rooms are fine. I had a room with a bath no shower which had its moments. There seems to be a lot of people just loitering around out the back and makes you wonder if they have much else to do. Some are staff or friends or family of staff they just hang around smoking or doing puzzle books staring into space or looking you up and...
After searching for an affordable place to stay (Ft. Collins must think they are some mega attraction) I settled on your place! For the money charged, you were lacking in the delivery of facilities! Rooms were under sized, break area small & not comfortable! I was under whelmed by the over all place!
We were pleased with our room at the Rodeway Inn in Gunnison, CO. The room had been nicely updated and was clean and comfortable. The only thing that was a small negative was when we opened our door to enter our room upon arrival, there was a slight musty odor. But, we left the door open for a short time and aired out the room...and then turned on the air conditioner, ...
Facility seemed outdated. Things in the room didn’t work well. Housekeeping missed cleaning the room one day. No snack machine in the hotel. Some staff were lackluster and uninterested in their work. Price was about the only saving grace. Not terrible, not good. Eh!
Loved the log cabin feel to the place and nice view from balconies.
I loved staying here - as a frequent solo traveler, my goals in a hostel are, in order, safety/cleanliness, an open social atmosphere, and a lovely setting. Hostel Fish passed all three with flying colors. I made so many new friends there, and the staff always had good suggestions of where to go/what to do. For the cold winter nights when no one wanted to brave the sno...
I honestly wondered if the reviews I read for this hotel, prior to booking, were true, because I thought the price was great. They were. The hotel is in a small town, but beautifully located - go for a walk to the visitors' center if you have time. The room was very clean, with good amenities; breakfast was very good - I thought the scrambled eggs were more moist ...
This Travelodge is very good value. It is well presented and the staff provided everything we asked for because the facilities are basic. Only 2 pillows provided, we asked for 2 more and got them. The room was clean and warm. There is a bar fridge with a freezer section which is more than you get at more expensive hotels. Parking is free. The door to the rooms i...
Overall the hotel was excellent. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars all the was across was because there was never anyone at the front desk. I had to ring the bell (and ignor the "Use Lobby Phone for Assistance") and wait for them to come to the desk every time I needed help, which made me feel like i was intruding on their br...
This family run hotel has the amenities of an expensive chain hotel with a bit of retro charm.
Hotel was nice and staff was friendly. The hotel was far away from the city center ( which we were aware of before we booked) but good value for money
Nothing fancy, but cheap and clean and functional.
Great service and kind people
When I discussed renewing for another 2 weeks,( I had already stayed on prior booking for 2 weeks) I was told that I could book with them for a little bit cheaper price than before, and quoted me Around $468.00 for a week and that I could book as many weeks as I needed. The day came to renew and a different person was on duty and she told me it would be over $700, and ...
A relaxed, easy evening. Nice for a simple stay.
Super friendly and easy-going staff. Really clean and tidy. Older facility, but overall great stay and relatively inexpensive.
A very nice hotel for the price!!!
very dirty. dont touch anything, especially the bed. The carpet was filthy. For a non-smoking hotel the room was smelled of cigarettes and stale air.
We had another great stay. My only complaint is that late check-out is only 30minutes after regular check-out. Usually late is around 1pm at all the other hotels we’ve stayed at. I would love to see that extended. Otherwise, we were very happy.
An older motel but prices reasonable .
Very basic breakfast. Friendly front desk staff.
Positive : Rooms were ready even though we arrived late from the airport. Negatives: Both rooms smelled of smoke. Too late at night and too full to change rooms. Smoke smell stayed in our clothes and luggage for many days. We had to ask several times and people for basic things at the complimentary breakfast, including coffee, spoons, yogurt, bread. It was not well ...
Good basic hotel.
I was looking for the low price., and this was the lowest. It was clean, not noisy, and had an okay cold continental breakfast. We didn’t have a pool or too much room. I was satisfied given the price.
Great family owned hotel with personal touches Room was very Clean and well equipped They have afire pit to have smores and has 2 BBQ Grills
I've stayed here before and it is always the best option for me in the fall when I visit. I like the location and the staff is super friendly and professional. Pros: Comfy beds & clean room. Waffle machine with continental breakfast. Reasonably close to Colorado Springs attractions. Free parking. Cons: Air conditioner exceedingly loud, but necessary to mask highway noise. Toilet barely flushed, and continuously filled with water after. Expensive for what you're getting - a budget hotel by the freeway.
I stayed here with my boyfriend as a halfway stop.between KC and vail. We wanted something cheap and fast so we picked this place. The town does smell awful like cat poo. I guess we got what we got for our money. The rooms are outdated and don't look like the pictures but are fine for a quick stop and sleep. Our deadbolt was missing and did make me feel a lil uneasy. My sister and I were on a road trip from Minnesota and this hotel and staff was hands down the best part of our trip....we loved it so much we decided to stay an extra night.... I will recommend this establishment to anyone who is going to Colorado!!!!
I'll start with the positives... it's in a great location and it's nice to be able to sit in the lodge next to a nice warm fire... The facilities have hours, but they didn't follow them... IE the pool being open until 11, but they closed it down. They did offer to open it back up but it was going to take them a while... but disappointing after a long day of work. Th...
Garden of the Gods club is on the mesa next to Garden of the Gods park with a stunning view on the latter. Spacious and comfortable rooms with either a terrace or balcony, flat TV, cloth room, tub and shower, fridge and lots of pillows. Nice restaurant and bar with delicious food and good wines. Infinity pool and gym. Very attentive staff also, and everything is clean....
Couldn’t control the ac room temp. Couldn’t control the tv. Too far from town. Up charges for garage parking, “ resort” fee added also to my bill, charged for meals I didn’t eat, etc. Loud and boisterous in the halls room cleaners. My bed at a $65 dollar Motel 8 in Lubbock was more comfortable and the ac controllable. Desk had no electric outlets for computer. I ...
The staff provided excellent service. We were provided with directions to get to places, very generous with the delicious cookies and responded to all our inquiries. Thank you to the female manager on duty who assisted with charges for local calls at the time of checkout. We truly appreciate your assistance. Thank you to everyone in making of stay a memorable exper...
Staff was warm and helpful. Their shuttle service to places within 15 minutes. We were able to go to a fabulous mall nearby and not have to park! Don’t miss the brunch - worth every penny. Beautifully presented and the selection was amazing! Seafood galore and the corned beef and cabbage for st. Patrick’s Day was delicious! Thank you all for a most enjoyable stay!
Staff was extremely friendly, helpful, engaged and always smiling.
This is an excellent hotel with great amenities. The fitness center has great new equipment and the pool is saline instead of chlorine. The happy hour and breakfast are excellent quality. It is clean and the beds are very comfortable.
A beautiful new hotel in downtown Denver, fabulous buffet breakfast, very helpful staff, large bed rooms with free Wifi and state of the art TV, and very, very comfortable beds. Being right in the heart of Denver, I would certainly stay here again and have recommended the hotel to friends.
this is a great location for the hockey tournament. Recently spruced up the place is great value for the large facility. The neighboring outdoor mall had many choices for food from Bonefish to Macaroni Grill. The staff of the hotel were friendly and for the 110$ nightly rate we felt very good about our stay.
Very clean rooms. Fun atmosphere. The front desk staff could have been a little more friendly when I was checking in. I had to ask where my room was and how to get there. He seemed to be in a hurry even though I was the only one checking in at that time. Overall really enjoyed the hotel.
Terrible room air conditioner; could not keep the room much below 70 degrees. Slow elevators and strange building setup that requires use of two elevators on opposite sides of the building just to get to floor 9. Inconvenient entrance as well with steps instead of ramp. All around poor setup. Will not return.
Traveling with a friend-stayed in Durango (4) nights before a backpack trip and (1) night afterwards. We found the accommodations generally excellent for our purposes and the staff very helpful. Room was very comfortable, although the air conditioning fan is very strong (even on the lowest setting) and blows directly on the bed closest to the window. We pushed the vent...
From the valet service that is offered at arrival to the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub, we enjoyed every single minute we spent at this lodge. Not only would I recommend this to a friend, I’d recommend it to anyone. We had a blast going skiing at night (which was free and offered by the lodge), as well as everything else that was included with our stay. Amazing.
The Westin Snowmass Village ski resort is a dream hotel. They are perfect for a quiet getaway. It is super for ski enthusiasts, as you can ski in and out of their restaurants and bar. And, if you are like me and don't ski to save your life, it is perfect for sitting around and watching the sunsets and sunrises. The sunrise is perfect from their bar, by the way. Fo...
A 4 night stay as part of a road trip with another couple. All impressed with the stylish decor, super large rooms, extremely comfortable beds, and excellent facilities. No parking on site, but nearby & convenient. Loved the location, just a short stroll from an excellent selection of bars and restaurants. (Special mention for “La Baguette”, a superb French style patis...
This is the nicest hotel in Greeley and was worth it. Location is central to their downtown dining and only a 10 minute walk to UNC campus. They have a great restaurant attached to the hotel for all meals and drinks. We will stay here again when we return this summer.
Stayed during the off season, and got a super deal on a 2 bedroom condo. The facility is clean and well managed. Staff is friendly and personable. Unit was gorgeous! For someone like myself who can't afford to stay in a place like that other than in off season, it was a treat! The whole parking/valet situation is kind of weird though. Felt like I was a pain always ask...
We absolutely loved our stay at Le Meridien Downtown Denver. A very hip hotel with modern decor, the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. We were coming from Indonesia, so we were dealing with some serious jet lag for ourselves and our 18 month-old daughter. The head of security gave us some finger puppets when he saw my daughter and I doing laps around...
I Booked the Presidential suite for my husband and I for our anniversary.
