Red Roof Inn was a great place to stay. The staff was friendly, the location was great, rooms were very clean, pet friendly, & you could walk to breakfast next door for free pancakes & a drink. We will definitely be back!

Room was very clean, smelled nice. Beds very comfy which is a major ++. Will definitely be staying here again. Desk clerk was extremely nice. They aren’t cleaning rooms until you check out because of Covid, but that was fine with us, we didn’t want ours cleaned til then anyway. 5 stars!!!

The tv was very small, we could barely see it, but other than that the place was great. Clean, spacious, friendly staff. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Clean, no bugs, nice staff”
When we got there, and went to our assigned room, it was not handicapped accessible as I had noted I had to have thru booking. I couldn't even get thru door of bathroom. The staff said only had 2 handicapped and both taken, and booking agent did not specify handicapped. They offered to let me use their bathroom in office during our stay, which meant going from 3rd flr to office just to potty and no shower. Unacceptable. So they had us come back to office return key to 341, and they *found* handicap. Right. Next. Door. 342. Soooo we once again carried all our stuff back up. Elevator was barleyyyy big enuf for my wheelchair. At 2am as I was preparing for bed and was half dressed I heard someone outside our door and suddenly our door opened and a very surprised couple had unlocked our door saying that's the room given them too! Wow!!!! I explained about handicapped situation and they needed to go back to office for reassignment. Sooo that was frightening and vfunny. Staff was nice, very sorry for all confusion, and the rooms were clean and bug free. Plenty of towels,etc and pillows. All clean. Place needs updated, but it'll serve purpose. Reasonable rates pet friendly and right on main drag of Pigeon Forge attractions etc

Front desk staff were cold & business like. Required an additional $100 credit card deposit that would be returned after we left. Rude attitude that if they found one dog hair in our room we would not receive a refund. Our dog is a poodle and does not shed. I shed lots of hair ….maybe it was mine. How did you prove any of that when traveling away from Gatlinburg. Beware - do not stay here.

We had a king size bed and the mattress was horrible! You could feel the springs in your back. We were there 3 nights and us not any of the others had any clean towels at all. Every time we all asked they said they didn’t get any washed. Told us to go to Walmart and buy our own. Theo place is trash and so are the employees attitudes!

Not worth the money”
It was expensive! The room was two separate rooms a king and a pull out couch in another, but it was as if you were staying at a dump! First night we we were woken up to a loud banging on the door by the pizza delivery at the wrong room. It felt filthy so i walked around with my shoes on! It looked like it had been renovated but just new floor laid over old, counter tops showed old wood, the shower was old still, and bed comforter was upgraded. Ceiling was peeling and i was glad to be leaving the next day! I wasn’t staying there ever again especially for that amount!

Great Place ”
Enjoyed our stay very much. Clean rooms, and the front desk workers were extremely polite. Was happy to find a place that allowed our dog without an added expense. Just wish people would clean up after their dogs. I would definitely stay again and would recommend this place.

My son yelled "No!" everytime I tried to get him in the room. The rooms appear clean but the sheets and towels had hairs and black flecks on them. The pool chairs are hanging on by threads. You can hear everything, especially the traffic all night long. If you want a good night's sleep this isn't a good place. The beds were comfortable though.

Good lower price hotel ”
We wanted adjoining rooms for our large family. We got clean rooms and excellent staff service. The beds were a little hard but overall a good deal.
