“Perfect for a few days in Hiroshima”
Our group was five adults. Location is right beside memorial park and within walking distance to many attractions. I would consider this property again.

“Horrible”
I must have booked this room by mistake. Realized we paid the high price as this was a Saturday during Golden Week, so only book if you have a really tight budget. Pros: - Location is excellent, literally a 3-minute walk for Hiroshima landmarks and easy access to Miyajima by tramway (non-JR line but cheap) Cons: - Room smells weird - AC did not work, we woke up the next morning with the windows literally wet and the room awfully humid (it was not humid outside at all) - Do NOT use the sofa beds, they can only fit people up to 5' tall and have a wood bar coming across your back - Bring your own pillows, they are uncomfortable (I folded mine to have sufficient support) and the covers had stains on them - Toilet door handle was about to come off - Note that there is only one electrical outlet in the entire room

“For light packers”
The place and facilities were good. Host was kind and helpful. Super close to the tram station and a few minutes walk to the bus terminal, a-bomb dome, shopping arcade. Some things to note; the building doesn’t have a lift and the staircase is very narrow. The toilet does not have a bidet. But all is good.

“Great location. Exactly as advertised! ”
This is the perfect place from which to explore Hiroshima. The property contains everything needed and can sleep a very large group. Very easy checkin and checkout. A few mins walk to catch a bus or visit the Peace Memorial Park. Highly recommend this property!!
