The hotel is conveniently located, allowing you to walk directly from Tennoji Station of Osaka Metro to the hotel. Additionally, Kintetsu Abenocho Station is right below the hotel, making it a highly recommended place for traveling by train. The rooms are larger and more reasonably priced compared to typical hotels near the station. The hotel's staff is also smart and efficient, making it one of my favorite hotels that I frequently use. However, this time, I encountered a very disappointing issue with the hotel's response. Both neighbors' rooms were making loud noises from around 11:30 PM to 2:00 AM, with vibrations shaking the wall and loud conversations, making it impossible to sleep. I asked the front desk to address the issue around 1:00 AM. Although they said they would handle it, the noise did not improve for a while. When I checked out the next day, I mentioned that I would like a quieter room next time due to what happened. However, the morning front desk staff had no knowledge of the previous night's situation as there was no communication from the hotel staff. I felt it was necessary for the hotel staff to properly hand over information and provide explanations for future responses, leaving me very disappointed. I am worried about whether proper action will be taken the next time I use the hotel.

Above all, the station is close and convenient. With JR, subway, and Kintetsu stations just nearby, it's very convenient for going anywhere. When you exit the hotel's underground entrance, there are also convenience stores, cafes, and drugstores, making it easy to use. The facilities may feel a bit old, but the room is spacious, and especially the bathroom is large enough to relax in the bathtub. I'm also happy that the shower is strong and has good pressure. If you're staying near Abeno or Tennoji, I definitely recommend this hotel.
Convenient location right opposite the JR line and connected to the subway at the basement. There is also convenience store and shopping mall nearby with lots of food options. We were upgraded to a newly renovated room which was clean, roomy and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Will consider staying again if I travel to Osaka.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short distance from Tennoji Station on the JR subway, making it easy to go anywhere. Although the building is not new and I was worried about not being able to secure a non-smoking room for consecutive nights, I was able to have a comfortable stay. Abeno Harukas is also very close, allowing for a leisurely time, and there were restaurants open late, so I was able to have dinner after the event. While waiting in the hotel lounge until check-in time, I was very happy to receive cold water and delicious coffee refills. Thank you very much.

Clean well stocked room with all you need for business travel. 7-11 next door for late night snacks or even dinner. Located opposite of Tennoji station. It's super well connected to everywhere in Osaka! Can use the 2nd floor walkway from AbenonHarukas to the hotel. Love it. And near enough to shop at Abeno Q's Mall.
