I stayed for 2 nights during my trip to Tainan. The room was spacious enough, and having both a shower booth and a bathtub was a nice point for Japanese guests. The toilet also had a washlet function, making my stay very comfortable. On the second floor, there are large public baths, a sauna, and a pool available for use. This time, I only used the public bath. The breakfast, which is highly reputed, was as varied and delicious as the rumors suggested! The beef noodle soup was particularly excellent, and I ended up going back for seconds multiple times. The desserts like Douhua and other side dishes were also of high quality. Thanks to the fresh celery juice, I felt really refreshed. However, since the offerings didn’t change much over the two days, staying for three nights or more might become a bit monotonous. It seems that two nights would be just right for enjoying the breakfast. “It's clean and the breakfast is delicious.”
It takes about 5 minutes by taxi from Tainan Station (around 100 NT dollars), and there's a convenience store, Shin Kong Mitsukoshi, and a local small 24-hour supermarket behind it. (I was informed by the staff who were at the entrance) Lin Department Store is also within walking distance. The guest room floor has a water server, and breakfast includes local dishes like beef soup, as well as a variety of Western food. It was very delicious. The bathroom and toilet being glass-walled was a bit surprising, but you can make them invisible with a roll curtain. Sometimes there are taxis at the entrance, but most of the time there were. There is also a large public bath and sauna (separated by gender and you enter without clothes) in the building, which I accessed with my room key. This is definitely a hotel I want to stay at again the next time I go to Tainan. It was very comfortable and the staff were prompt, especially the ones at the entrance and the ones who handled check-in and check-out were very friendly.

“The best stay.”
This is my second stay. The location is convenient for going anywhere. It's a bit of a walk from Tainan Station, but taking a taxi makes it quick and I didn't feel it was inconvenient. “After all, this is the place in Tainan!”
This is my third stay here. The location is excellent. Next door is the Shin Kong Mitsukoshi department store, and if you go straight, you can reach Zhongzheng Road and the Lin Department Store on foot. But the main reason I like it is the free spa facilities (large public bath, sauna). I think it's quite rare for accommodations in Taiwan.
