Hotel’s clean, great staff, and great location! We got there early in the morning and the friendly staff let us store our luggage until we could check in at 2 pm. Hotel’s walking distance to Trial, a big supermarket for some last minute shopping before we fly out via Kansai airport. There’s also a cosmetics/medicine store right in front but we didn’t go in as we’ve already finished shopping for those. Also walking distance to Rinku Premium outlets and the coast. Great to spend a couple of hours, relaxing on the coast and watching planes land and take off. The hotel offers free shuttle to airport so that’s another perk. Room has fridge. Water pressure is great for shower. We enjoyed this hotel and would recommend family and friends to stay here if they are flying out via Kansai airport.

Location is excellence, close to train station, shopping centre, free shuttle bus to airport, staffs are great full, Clean and good hospitality
I have a flight in the morning so I choose to books this hotel, they have a service bus to take you to the airport that will start at 5:20 in the morning, and transportation around there are train station(it had a skywalk that link between hotel and the station) and bus stop also. The area around this hotel have a big drug store and supermarket(it’s really big) far from this hotel just 5 minute walk, so you can buy a gift, snack, cosmetic, souvenir, or whatever you like to buy there. You won’t miss a thing that you forgot to buy in the city, you can buy there. And last thing the hotel room is really clean and comfortable to stay, their shower gel and shampoo smell so good you don’t have to bring your own when you stay there and if you hungry at night they have and convenience store on a second floor of the hotel. Hope my review help you make up your mind what place to stay😄 and i will recommend that this place it’s really good to stay!
The accommodation is accessible from the Rinku Town Station (they have a direct way going to the hotel lobby). It's also walking distance to the premium outlet and other nearest mall. Family Mart is just at the second floor (near their restaurant) & Lawson (outside the hotel). They also have a free shuttle going to the airport, you just need to reserve upon your check-in to secure your slots. The room is very clean and was able to accommodate 3 adults and 2 kids (below 11 years old and the kids stay for free). Since we need to leave at around 7:30am (or 10 min earlier), we were not able to enjoy their breakfast as they only opens from 6:30am. Consider their opening time when including the breakfast in your package. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and hoping we stayed longer.

To catch an early flight from Kansai International Airport, I stayed at the Kansai Airport Washington Hotel the day before. First of all, the location is excellent. It is just a short walk from Rinku Town Station, and there is a free shuttle bus to the airport, so I had no worries about transportation. Even with a late-night check-in, I felt secure, and not having to worry about access to the airport was truly appreciated. The hotel itself was very clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The soundproofing was also solid, so I was able to sleep soundly without being disturbed by airplane noise. The bathtub was roomy and perfect for unwinding before the flight. Having a FamilyMart on the first floor was convenient, as I was able to quickly buy snacks for late-night and breakfast the next morning. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and I was particularly happy with the extensive selection of Japanese dishes. The staff members were kind and provided detailed information about the shuttle bus for the next morning during check-in, which made me feel at ease. I believe this hotel is perfect not only for pre-departure stays for international travel but also for business trips or shopping visits to the outlets.
