I booked a deluxe king room and stayed here with my mom for 4 nights. The room has a nice view and spacious ( we have 5-6 pieces of luggages. This hotel is within walking distance to shops,restaurants or a short Grab ride to anywhere. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. If they see me carry heavy stuffs, they will offer help (definitely the feeling of a 5 stars hotel). I think the cleaning team is a bit weaker (forgot small towels or toilet paper). We stayed for 4 nights and a member so they gave us free laundry but only 3 pieces/day which is nice ( they did great work with laundry… thoughtful and elegant of how they return the clothes). But my mom and I are women, each of us will use 4 pieces/day. I hope the hotel will increase the number of laundry pieces to 8 per day for 2 guests or have washer and dryer machines in the hotel ( there are laundromats outside that offer 40,000 vnd/kg but not convenient to carry out). Breakfast buffet is very good. They have smoke salmon that I like, many different types of fresh juices 👍. The Pho is mediocre compared to other hotels ( the soup was salty and lacking the real taste of Pho). Their sweet options are good with danish, coconut tart, croissants…. I wish they offer small pieces of cakes. The gym has many equipments for workout, sauna ( dry and wet) 👍. The gym floor is a bit old need to update. In general we had a good stay, the bed was comfy and clean 💕
