"Nice onsen bath. Unfortunately, I couldn’t sleep well as the elevator was very noisy. My room wasn’t the closest to the elevator so I’m sure this is a problem for many of the rooms in the hotel. "

"The hotel itself is more spacious than other 3 star hotels in Japan and location is perfect! It's 5 mins. walk to the Midotsuji subway station and Shin-Osaka JR Station, which means you can go to anywhere you want to go. Shin-Osaka is also where the Shinkansen stop is and there's airport bus transfer from Shin-Osaka to Itami airport, so the hotel is perfectly located for anyone, especially with heavy/many luggages. 7-Eleven and Nakau (Japanese fastfood restaurant) is just a minute away from the hotel also and Shin-Osaka has restaurants, so food's not a problem. The plus point for this hotel than any other hotels I've stayed in Japan is it provides a free android mobile in your room, which you can bring out and used for Google map and browsing the internet. The data on the mobile will clear out on the day of your check out. And it has discount vouchers which you can use for some tourist locations in Osaka. Overall great experience staying in this hotel!"

"I found Karaksa the best choice hotel for location that is near to Shin Osaka which has JR, Metro and Shinkansen and lots of restaurants. It took abt 5-8 min to walk to station. Staff are helpful and very nice. They delivered our luggage to the room already when we got back to the hotel at 9pm in the first night. The room has everything even more than we expected - a small sofa, a bath tub, pajamas (compared to what we heard about hotels in Japan). Beds are comfy two pillows (hard and soft). Shower was strong and we can put two (one big and one small) luggages in the room. Lawson downstair- u dont need to go out of the building and public bath which is very clean and not crowded. Room is also clean. The building is new and well designed. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Fyi that I had two beds standard room. "

"It was nice. Everything appeared to be almost new. We tried the breakfast (for an additional fee since we didn't avail through agoda). It was nice, not much choices compared to other hotels. But they also served ice cream and a variety of drinks. But we really liked the location as it was very walkable from Shin Osaka Station, which will connect you easily to the airport, kobe, kyoto, and tokyo directly. The area also connects you to main shopping areas in Osaka through Midosuji line and easy transfer to the osaka loop… Highly recommend this if you have the above requirements for your travel in Osaka… PS. The bathroom area is very very small, as with other "budget" hotels in Japan. If you need a bigger bathroom maybe a 5 star hotel will provide it."

"I have so many great things to say about this hotel. First off the staff was so very nice to us, I had many questions and requests upon my arrival and they obliged me. They were super easy going and sweet and even did me a big favor. The room was very small, however it was extremely clean and modern. They did their best to make me and my friends comfortable. I will be returning to this hotel in the future as a solo traveller. The location is close to the Shin-Osaka station which was extremely convenient, and there were many great shops nearby the hotel. There was even a convenience store directly outside. Definitely an amazing place."

"I stayed in this hotel for the second time, this time only with my husband. Although the room is small and the lightning is very dim, but its cleanliness is impeccable and very comfortable. No doubt this the best location hotel I have ever stayed so far. No need to breath the outside air to find it. Just go out from the Shin-Osaka train station, go to the right and pass lots of delicious retaurants and shops. At the end of the way, turn right until just right the corner and you will find the hotel. The shinkansen train station is just next door. Opposite there's Mc.Donald's and Tully's Coffee Shop. This coffee shop serves delicious caramel latte and remarkable taste of berry pancake, order this for your breakfast and you will feel energize to hit the road. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They also helped us to send our luggage to tokyo. Book this hotel as soon as possible because it likely to sold out."

"I planned on doing day trips from Osaka on the JR Trains and this hotel was in a great location for that, about 3 blocks from the Shin-Osaka station. There a many restaurants as well as supermarkets nearby. NIce having laundry facility on-site. Rooms are a bit small, but for the price I can't complain. It is a bit further from the top attractions of Osaka like Dotomburi, Namba areas, but still easily enough to get to on the metro train"
