The location is in the center, 2 min from Hatchobori lot of restaurant nearby, the hotel was super clean, the breakfast was good!!! The bath is big, so relaxing! The best hotel in Hiroshima definitely!

I stayed at ANA Crowne on my previous trip and I wasn’t impressed with the room since guests must smoke in the non-smoking room. Switched room and that room also had a smoke stench. Vista was just built this summer so it felt new, clean and our Superior Double room and the bath area was surprisingly spacious by Japanese standard. We loved the separate WC from the bath and also found the sliding door that separated the bedroom from the hallway helped in keeping the noise away. Free bottled waters and the complimentary smartphone was appreciated. Hotel was walking distance to department stores, many restaurants and bars opened in the evening. The only qualm I have is that they cut off our internet and smartphone usage the morning of our checkout so I could not check mails nor place any outgoing calls. It was only 8ish and we haven’t even checked out yet. Also the complimentary coffee served in the lounge was high quality but the downside was that you have to drink it there.

Approximately a 15 minute walk from Hiroshima Station, this hotel was amazing value for money. The staff were attentive and very helpful, the hotel itself is located extremely close to the main shopping street, and only a 15 minute walk from the Peace Memorial Park. You really can't go wrong staying here.

Very modern and chic hotel. Not the largest of bedrooms but perfectly adequate for the 2 nights we were there as we were out exploring during the day. Handy 7-11 right below. Walkable from Hiroshima station and all of the other main sites (or the loop bus that's free with a JR pass stops about 300m away and is easy to catch). Comfortable bed.

New and trendy hotel but yet at a very affordable price. The layout of the room is very suitable for couples who might have different timing for their routine, as the ability to separate the entrance and two toilets from the main bedroom allows little disturbance to the one who's sleeping. Very clean and contemporary decor makes the price unjustifiably low. Will definitely be on the lookout for their chain hotels throughout Japan

New, NO SMOKING hotel in Hiroshima”
Liked that all guest rooms are non-smoking. (note, there is a small smoking lounge near the elevator on Floor 6 and 11--the hallway smelled like smoke near here--do not get a room on this floor if you are sensitive to smoke. On other floors it was not a problem). Rooms are not large (typical of Japan), but are well-furnished, with good amenities and separate areas for WC and bath/shower. Bath/shower room is large, with good water pressure. Breakfast is in a spacious room with many Japanese and western specialties, served buffet-style, but still very gracious service. Hotel also has a nice lounge area (near the 2nd floor lobby) that offers complementary coffee in the afternoon and evening. Good location, near major shopping area, and about 10 min walk to Peace Park.

We love this hotel and totally enjoyed our stay. Though the room is rather small, I like it that the toilet is separated from the bathing area. The staff who make-up our room totally amazed us. They change the bed sheet every day (you can choose not to by going for the eco option). The staff even cover our half-used mugs with a piece of tissue paper, so considerate! Staffs at the reception are really friendly. Hotel is close proximity to all the main attractions and shopping area! Love it!

Got some trouble upon check-in but the staff were able to get another twin room for us. Daily cleaning was impeccable. What I don’t like about this hotel though, is that the reception is on the second floor, which means you have to make a trip to the reception before taking another lift ride to go out/back to your room - and there’re only 2 elevators, in the morning it’s often that you have to wait for minutes. Overall it was good value for money. You can take a short tram ride from the JR station, and the hotel is within walkable distance to the flourishing Hondori area.

We’ve been travelling round Japan for the first time and this hotel is the best value for money. Very central position, good sized room and everything you need in it. Great Landry facilities. Friendly, cheery helpful staff and fabulous breakfasts. The hotel is spotless, bright and airy and has a general feeling of somewhere you want to be. Handy for the site seeing your bus and all the sights too. Highly recommend it.

The hotel itself is comfortable, but it's a 20 minute walk away from the main station and a similar walk away from main sights (like the atomic bomb dome or the Hiroshima castle). As we were only there for one night, if we had a do-over we would stay somewhere closer to a JR station.

As stated in my previous review: Standard Double Room was great. I booked a second night. Only the Moderate Single Room was available at a higher cost. Room was smaller and darker, but still very clean and the bed was comfortable. Lots of toiletries provided.

Everything is the hotel is new with artistic design. Room size is the biggest i ever live in Japan. The bed is big and comfortable. Staffs are very helpful as I forgot to bring a right cable to charge my phone, they can immediately find one for me at the Hotel.
