“Great location! ”
Stayed here during our time in Osaka and it was perfect! Dotonbori was very nearby and Shinsaibashi shopping street was literally downstairs. We walked soooo much around the area and had so much to see and do! Train station is very nearby so its very convenient. If you need halal food theres a few around the corner which is walking distance as well! Cleanliness of the room was 11/10! Super clean and bed was very comfortable.

“Great location, room feels spacious”
I booked this hotel primarily for its location. It was near a train station and Shinsaibashi. Facilities is good too and our room is clean. There’s also a water dispenser on out floor so that’s very conveniet. Even with its location, security is great since room key is required to enter after 1am. I also like that elevator automatically detects our floor number when we scan our key card. Considering the standard room for 3-star hotels in Japan, our room feels spacious. Probably because of the layout. Even the bathroom feels roomier. I like how we can control the temperature in the room since centralized heating sometimes feel too hot for me. I also like the heated toilet seat! The downside is the window can only be partially open and no view. I’ll most likely stay here again.

“Great Location and Value, but Housekeeping Needs Improvement”
This hotel is in the perfect location and offers a very reasonable price for Osaka. We really trust the brand and its quality. However, I think there are some housekeeping issues that need improvement. We left the room in the morning and requested cleaning, but still found many hairs on the floor. On one day, we came back to find the window left wide open by housekeeping — and the window lock was broken! On another day, the drinking water on our floor ran out in the morning and wasn’t refilled until nighttime. Also, we noticed a strange herbal smell on our bedsheets every day, which was quite unusual.

“Exceptional”
I used it for a live concert at the Kyocera Dome. It’s very close to the subway exit, and there are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it convenient to walk to the shopping district and Dotonbori. I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but I was able to be shown to my room right away, which was very nice! The room had disposable slippers, pajamas in the lobby, and plenty of amenities. The only complaint was that there was an odor left in the room's refrigerator, but it was so comfortable that I would want to use it again the next time I go to Osaka!

The window opens about 5 centimeters and has decent ventilation. The temperature control is via a heater on the ceiling. The bathroom is clean, no unpleasant smells. I scrubbed the bathtub carefully to use it, and there wasn't a single stain. The water pressure is excellent. The security isn't too bad either. I had a late check-out, which was 1,100 yen per hour. You can stay until 1 PM at the latest, and I think it was until 10 PM for longer stays. Luggage storage is available for free, and the staff are friendly. However, it's a 10-15 minute walk from Namba, which was difficult on days when my legs hurt. Still, I was satisfied with my first overseas trip with my daughter~ It's part of the Marriott chain, but if you go in thinking that, you might be disappointed; however, if you think of it as a business hotel, it's fine. There's a washing machine on the first floor, along with an ice water dispenser and vending machines, a smoking room, and a bathroom... I didn't have breakfast, so I don't know about that. Still, I'm satisfied!
