This hotel's fantastic location close to Namba area and Namba Station makes it ideal for city exploration. The self-check-in process is convenient and praised by many guests. Clean rooms and bathrooms ensure a comfortable stay.
While navigating stairs with large luggage may pose a challenge, many guests enjoyed this hotel. It operates with no onsite staff, and some found self-check-in confusing. Lack of an elevator may be inconvenient, but hasn't detracted from the positive experience of most reviewers.

My title sums up this hotel. The best thing about the hotel is its location, which is almost next to Osaka Namba Station via Namba Park. Just cross the street and you’ll have access to all the must-try restaurants like Yakiniku Like (about 5 mins away) and Yoshinoya (literally just across the hotel). The nearest konbini is Lawson’s. It’s also near the Minami Sennichimae Shopping Street, OiOi Mall (where there’s Coca, GU, and Uniqlo), Kuromon Market, a Don Quijote outlet that’s open until 3am, I think, and more shopping areas. As in most Japanese hotels, the room is so small that we couldn’t fully open our large luggages. But it was clean, has a ref, and a safety box, a tiny table and ample power outlets. It’s a self-service hotel, there’s no front desk but they have a camera from their remote office where they can see and talk to people at the lobby via loud speaker. Their remote front desk people would immediately ask if you needed something if you stay long enough at the lobby. You may get the towels, slippers, toothbrush, tissue paper from the shelves at the lobby. It’s a good place to stay if you want to be next to the train station, good restaurants, and shopping areas.
We only spent a few hours here. Checked in 9pm when we arrived from Nagoya. Checked out 5am. Pros: - Chose this hotel because its very near (around 5mins) to Namba Nankai station for our early train to the airport. - clean and spacious room Cons: - I did not feel very safe rolling around our luggage towards the hotel at night with my teenage daughter. Probably because there were not a lot of people in the area and it was a bit dark. - there is no elevator in the hotel. - Amenities have to be taken from the lobby including towels - no on-site staff. They communicate with you through a camera in the lobby. - You have to checkin online then they will send you a code for the door. I did not feel very safe with this. Conclusion: - would recommend if you are travelling with other people - But do not recommend for solo female travelers or those with children
I used this hotel one day night. I highly recommend it to Osaka visitors. It offers great value for money and is just a 5-minute walk from Namba Station. The staff are friendly, and the place is kept clean and tidy. The only downside is that you have to handle check-in and check-out on your own, but it’s perfect for those who want a quiet stay.
The location is great, close to the train station and some attractions. The place is also clean. The bathroom is shared, but it was always clean. Just a heads-up: there's only one and it's on the main floor, which might be inconvenient for some, but it didn’t bother me. No elevator, so if you're on the 4th floor with heavy luggage, it can be a bit tough. Best for light travelers. I gave 4 stars for staff, all credit to the housekeeper for keeping the place clean. -1 as there was no receptionist. Check-in/out was fully self-service with a QR code. Still a comfortable and good-value stay overall.

“Great location and price, but there's a catch.”
Reserved this hotel when our first choice fell through. Thus I did not research it as thoroughly as I would have wanted. Stayed 5 nights with my family in 2 rooms. PROS- -Price was right. For this area the price we paid was quite good. -Location is excellent. Namba is a great location because of its proximity to so many shopping venues and is a transport hub. You are literally steps from the Namba mall complex and the train stations connected thereto, a convenience store is right beside you (par for Japanese cities), there are massage places also within 3 minutes walk, less than 5 mins walk from Ebisubashi and less than 10 mins walk from Dohtonbori. You are especially close to DenDen town and there are a lot of great dining options (where mostly locals eat, not just the tourists). -Decent toilet - Toilet size and layout was good for Japan. Separate shower stall though a lack of hooks and racks. Toilet paper was a disappointing 1-ply that you get in public toilets though. PRO TIP - If you play your cards right and the mall is open, you can be at the hotel within 3 minutes of getting off the Nankai trains from Kansai Airport. Instead of taking the exit every else uses when you get off, take the last stairs (dont use it if your luggage is too heavy though) heading in the opposite direction. You will get out at the mall just opposite the hotel. When you get out of station and enter the mall, you will see an elevator. When you get out of the elevator just keep on going in the same direction and you will see exits out of the mall which will be just about opposite the hotel. CONS- - NO ELEVATOR! If you have large luggage and/or are traveling with the anyone who can't handle stairs (and in Japan, they are generally steeper than normal), you may want to give this a pass. -Beds are HARD. Yes, beds are firm in Asia. I'm asian. Other reviews featured this so suffice it to say that its a hard bed with springs that can hurt your back. It needs a topper. - NO STAFF. Reminiscent of staying in an AirBNB, your contact with the management is all via email and messaging apps. Though the good thing is they are very professional about responding immediately and they have all the answers for you. -Cleaning is not every day. I think they clean every 3 days. The good thing is you can schedule it with the hotel. As for toiletries and towels, they're at the lobby and you can pick up a fresh set every day if you want. -No furniture in the room. We stayed in a room with a small double bed. You have a chair and a ledge-table. Nothing else. No closets and a strange shortage of hooks for hanging your clothes. SUMMARY -If you're staying here you may as well have the mindset that youre staying in a very well located AirBNB. Do NOT expect hotel level amenities.
