      The hotel location and staff were great but there is a serious ant infestation and I’m not talking about a few here and there, they are everywhere.

      Despite the rainy week it was wonderful”

      My husband and I spend a couple of days there with my parents. Despite it was raining except for the day we were leaving, it was great to see that the small private beach was calm and you can already see so many fish with snorkeling there. We had an incident where there was a really big spider in our room, but after calling reception, they came swiftly to remove it. The food festival court across has traditional events every night however the food took more than an hr every day. So if you will eat there go there fast. The staff were all very kind and we would definitely stay there again. Gracias!

      景色が最高！”

      シギラリゾートのコンドミニアムタイプのホテルです。こちらのホテルには売店がありませんが、隣のホテルが近いのでそちらの売店を使いましたが、不便は感じませんでした。建物自体は新しくはないですが、お部屋は広く、快適でした。 コンドミニアムなので、リゾートホテル感はないですが、リーズナブルで快適なので、また泊まりたいと思いました。

      チェックイン、アウトが残念”

      チェックインカウンターは不在。電話してから隣接のブリーズベイマリーナよりスタッフが来てチェックイン。初見はとても混乱します。またチェックアウトも不在。スタッフが来てくれるかと思ったらブリーズベイマリーナまで来て下さいとのこと。宿泊施設でチェックアウトできないのはなにか残念でした。宿泊サイトに事前に記載があればまだしも現地で急遽振り回される感じがした残念。また領収書も他人のものを間違えて頂戴する。対応したスタッフは気持ちこもったお詫びを頂くがそもそものオペレーションマニュアルに不備があると思われる。
