Small Double Room but with all the amenities required for an overnight stay. Buffet Breakfast is decent for Non vegetarians and worth 1400Yen. Basic Amenity Kit available, has a laundromat facility, Ice and beverage dispensing machine and things available to lend. 5 - 7 minutes walk to the Peace Memorial Park and Atomic Dome. Bus and Tram transit nearby to head towards Hiroshima station on an onward journey to Miyajima Island. Overall a great place for a overnite stay. Disclaimer - I am a solo traveller.

Great visit to Hiroshima”
My 11 year old son and I visited Hotel Hokke Club in Hiroshima this last week. The hotel was very nice and the breakfast buffet was very good. Overall the service was very good. Just one complaint, when we asked for a Japanese bath, the front desk clerk told us she was not aware of anything nearby. We found out too late that there was actually a nice one on the second floor of the hotel! We wasted a lot of time looking when we had one right under our very noses! I think she simply did not understand my request. Make sure to visit a bathhouse or at least do the bath at the hotel....a Japanese bathhouse is a wonderful experience. The location of the hotel is convenient and it is a reasonable price for a very clean room and nice buffet breakfast.

Another excellent Hokke Hotel”
I stayed at the Hokke Inn Tokyo at the beginning of the week and was impressed by the hotel. I managed to fit in a quick trip to Hiroshima and was pleased to see a Hokke club hotel on the Agoda website. A short tram ride from the train station this hotel is excellent for the business or leisure traveller. In particular the location was perfect for eating and dining, visiting the peace memorial and museum and transferring to the train station. The Japanese bath was incredible and open during convenient times. Best of all were the excellent reception staff who were really friendly.

Comfortable and well-located hotel in Hiroshima”
Hotel Hokke Club is only 10 minutes walking from the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum (www.pcf.city.hiroshima.jp/top_e.html) and less than 20 minutes from the Genbaku Dōmu (Atomic Bomb-Dome Building), the iconic surviving building after the August 6,1945,atomic bomb. Plus, it's very comfortable and the staff are friendly. I'd say it's a great value to stay in Hiroshima.

Beacon of comfort”
Checking in to this hotel was effortless. The bed and bedding gave me everything I needed for comfort and the shower along with the provided bathing accessories had me feeling completely clean and rejuvenated after my travel. I recommend this hotel for travellers looking to shop and party. Hotel Hokke Club is walking distance from the ginza (shopping area), and a cheap taxi cab ride from the nightlife of Hiroshima!

Great location”
The hotel was great. The room was just normal, no view, two beds, a desk and a small bathroom with a bathtub, nothing spectacular or that would explain the high price (for me), but the bed was really comfy, the public bath in the 2nd floor was a real treat and the breakfast (included) was great. There were a lot of savoury choices and a few fruits and bread. I wish there had been more sweet choices like more types of jam, cereals and fruits as I always go for something sweet for breakfast but I believe it's not that common in Asia so that's fine. I was just a bit surprised that they only offered margarine and not butter (in such a pricey hotel and with such a pricey breakfast (I believe around 1200¥ if it's not included) I expect butter.) Location wise it was great ! A bit far from Hiroshima station if you dislike walking but easily accessible by streetcar (I think) very close to the peace museum and genbakudome as well as Hiroshima castle and the shotengai. It was a good overall.

The staff is very customer friendly in all the Hokke Club Hotels. The check-in is quick. The rooms in Japan are smaller than other country but are cozy and comfortable. The rooms are maintained in excellent conditions. The internet facility provided is fast which is important for business travelers. The breakfast has good variety. The surroundings are quiet and the beds are comfortable to overcome your fatigue. Overall a good experience with the stay and I strongly recommended this hotel with cost to value aspect as well.

This is a centrally located business as well as family hotel. Very near to Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park. Good number of local restaurants around. The hotel serves good breakfast and also serves excellent Japanese cuisine for lunch at an affordable cost. Good internet connectivity is available in each and very room.

a greatly located hotel, close to all the major attractions of hiroshima city. room was comfortable and a fair size, with good amenities and cleaned daily to a very high standard. the hotel is easy to locate within an easy tram-distance from hiroshima station and well located to travel further to other destinations such as miyajimi - a must see! hotel is close to a number of combini stores for food, and a shopping street for souvenirs and general shopping

Good location and comfortable rooms”
I only stayed here for one night and for the purposes of my sightseeing, it did the trick. The hotel is walking distance to the Peace Park and Peace Museum, but you need to catch a tram to get to and from Hiroshima station. Hotel was very comfortable and staff were very friendly - but there's no wifi in the hotel, which was a bit disappointing.

Lovely Hotel, close to tram station”
This Hotel is only 2 minutes away from the tram station and 5 minutes walk to Hiroshima Peace Museum. The receptionist speaks well English. For Japanese standard, the room that we booked was alright in term of space and the bed was pretty comfortable. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and we would definitely come back and recommend this hotel for future visit.

Pros: Quite good location. Close to tramway and only little walk to bus center/Sogo Dept store. Hotel prices in Hiroshima are above Japanese average, so it's a good deal. Convenience store at the next corner. Staff was polite. Public bath available. Great for a short stay. Room big enough. Cons: Facilities not the newest, but acceptable. Cleaning was OK, but nothing special. No hair brush in public bath locker. Would be happy about drip coffee bag or free water

Unfortunatley I booked through AGODA. Booked (NOT REQUESTED BUT BOOKED) and paid fro 2 non smoking rooms. This hotel has 9 floors and only 1 of them is a smoking floor. This is where our 2 rooms were located. Returned to the desk to be told the hotel was fully booked. Agoda had requested 2 smoking rooms. While waiting at reception for the rooms to be de-oderized. 2 couples who were smokers (they asked where they could go to smoke) were booked into 2 non smoking rooms. The female on reception was sympathetic and gave the impression of being helpful. I am not sure why her male coworker thought it was funny enough to laugh out loud? The rooms themselves 2 comfort doubles were very small, this was our 3rd hotel in Japan so have a comparison, there was no space to stand a medium size suitcase and the small double bed, while large enough for 2 people, is against the wall so have to enter from the foot of the bed, not ideal. Check out was quick in the morning.

Place was great. Staff was friendly, room was clean, tram was close by, walking distance to Peace Memorial Park, and Hondori street was only about 2 blocks away. The only negative was that the WiFi was in the lobby but it was fast.
