Professional Service, good English communication ”
There is big hot water pond, and sauna. That is Very Cleanliness and nice, Good for your relaxing. I leaved my baggage, and they carried it into the room, when I came back in next accommodation. I am very appreciate their service. Although, the room space is not large, but facility was adequate. All of Staffs are polite and also be good service mind. They always give us "Smile" Rapidly, both check in and out in a minute.

Convenient Access to Hiroshima Spots”
While it's an old hotel, the staff take great pride in providing quality service. However, the command of English is very basic. Be sure to bring in your dictionary/google translate. It's really walking distance from the Atomic Bomb Dome, Peace Park, Hiroshima Castle, and Shukkein. It's also very near the shopping street. The room is really very small though but for the price and the location, it's really a good deal.

Good choice in Hiroshima”
We spent four nights at the Hotel Pacific Hiroshima this past week. We arrived on the train just before midnight, and, with the help of kind strangers, were able to walk to the hotel in just over 15 minutes. The pleasant man at the reception desk spoke decent English, but advised us that he was the only person at the hotel who could and that he would by off duty for the next few days! Despite this, we had no trouble communicating simple questions to the other staff members and they were as pleasant and helpful as they could be. The room was quiet and small, but bigger than we expected, the bed was comfortable and there were two extra chairs, a small table and a desk. There was a fridge and kettle in the room, and coffee, tea, and miso soup mix available downstairs, which was an added bonus. We were able to walk to most attractions within the city, and went to Miyajama Island from the Hiroshima train station. The only thing that we found negative about the location was the lack of relatively inexpensive (by Japan standards) places to eat nearby. Other than that, we would recommend the Hiroshima Pacific Hotel highly

Nice Time :)”
We got lost a bit before arrival and google map didn't help at all! Took us through the unnecessary long way with 2 large luggages when the hotel is actually not that far from JR Hiroshima St. The room was small but very nice. The staffs are helpful with info. They gave us a paper map which we could use to walk to Hiroshima Castle and a bomb dome. So far we enjoyed and would choose Hiroshima Pacific again :)

cozy hotel with good location”
Hotel is 15 min walking or 1/2 bus stops from Hiroshima station, and less than 10 min walking to city center. Room facilities are a little old but work well, and staff were really nice. For the price I would recommend this hotel.

fantastic location, great staff!”
The location is great! A bomb dome is maybe a 5-10 min walk, Hiroshima castle is just 2 blocks down and the covered mall is another 10 min walk. Super close to Hiroshima station which is nice! Will stay here again for sure!

well worth the price”
Pros: clean and tidy, staffs are helpful, got a mini fridge, well worth the price. Will stay again. Cons: The design of the hotel is slightly dated, and the double bed is pretty small. *the breakfast is a set meal (with slight variations every day) at the restaurant in the hotel. *the hotel is next to a small hospital/ clinic for those who are concerned.

Nice Location and Reasonable Price ”
Comparatively it is quite good location and reasonable cost for foreign tourist to visit Hiroshima due to place of interest, such as War Heritage sites, are nearby.

Lem”
This is an excellent hotel. A bit of a distance from the train station but if you're travelling light with a love for strolling, this is just the perfect distance - not too far, not too close. The room is excellent comfortable and the staff is friendly. We spent another 15 minutes walking from here to the museum on a sunny day!

Conveniently located hotel for a good price”
The hotel is conveniently located in walkable distance to the castle and the Peace Park. A tram stop can be also found nearby. The rooms are quite small, but that's typical in Japan and you get what you pay for. The staff is very friendly and it is no problem to leave your luggage at the reception after checkout.

Good hotel near the Peace Park”
Given that this was a last-minute find during Golden Week in Japan, it was quite a good deal. The room was tiny, but that's pretty standard in a Japanese business style hotel, and the bathroom had some mould, but the bed was quite comfortable, and the staff were excellent. I only stayed one night, so I can't really comment on the rest of the facilities, but I would stay there again, given the chance.

Great place with excellent service staff!”
When we arrived at the hotel, the frontdesk staff provided us with ample information to guide us with our sightseeing trip: maps, brochures, orientation etc. All these without us prompting! And they also showed us the tea bags, bath towels, miso soup, hair brush etc which were self-service. Room was clean and cozy with everything we needed. Highly recommended

Disappointing ”
The building is old and shabby and our room reflected this with unpleasant stains on the carpets in the corridor on our floor, and in the room itself. This was offset by helpful staff and good wifi with fast internet connection. We did however sleep well on comfortable twin beds and the room was a reasonable size compared with other, more modern and more aesthetically pleasing hotels we have stayed in in Japan.. We don't mind old, but the stained carpets and shabby interior were depressing and disapponting for the quoted rating and price

Good value”
Cheap, great location, decent breakfast and nice staff. 7/11 right next door. Make sure you go to the okonomiyaki restaurant the hotel recommends on its fact sheet.
