Our schedule included visits to the Pokémon Center and Universal Studios, with the last day dedicated to a trip to Kyoto. The hotel was located a 10-minute walk from Osaka Daimaru Department Store and 5 minutes from Universal JR Osaka Station. Getting to Kyoto from Osaka Umeda (using the Hankyu Line) was also a 10-minute walk (there's a Hankyu department store just across the street). The hotel's location was excellent for transportation! A 7-Eleven convenience store was just a 5-minute walk away (on the way to the station), but it only operated until 11:00 PM. I deducted one star because while I dropped something under the bed, I noticed dust on the carpet and the corners of the bed. The water pressure was good, and the hot water flowed well. There was an ice dispenser and a drink vending machine in the hallway, which was convenient. We weren't sensitive to noise, so when the heater made the room too warm, we just ventilated a bit by slightly opening the window while we slept, and it was fine. The location was very good considering the price. I used the airport bus from the airport and got off at Harves Osaka; it was a 5-minute walk across the crosswalk. Ah, on the last day in Kyoto, I used the KKPay app to book the same-day airport porter service (delivered a message while checking out at the lobby).
Seamless check-in, clean rooms of decent size. Osaka and Nishi Umeda station with 5 mins walking......extremely convenient to go anywhere in Osaka. Not a tourist location, but good for someone who likes a quite place but accessible to key areas. With the train stations have decent restaurants, Starbucks, etc......nice Italian café at 1 min distance, family mart and 711 also around. Just that it doesn't give vibes of a new and modern hotel. No lobby area to sit. Overall a good hotel at this price and strongly recommended.
The hotel is actually my first choice to check when staying in Osaka. However, I would only stay there if a deal price is available. I don’t think that the higher priced offerings would be worth it. It’s also kind of strange that the hotel does not have a gym or a spa. This time I had a room facing the railroad tracks. Such a level of noise would be a problem if I wasn’t using ear plugs. So be aware of that.

1. Good location (it may appear far on the map, but it's less than a 10-minute walk to Umeda center) 2. Spacious room (we booked a triple room, and there's enough space even with two 27-inch suitcases laid out on the floor) 3. Very good hot water and water pressure 4. Friendly front desk staff (luggage can be stored before check-in) 5. Variety of amenities available for use as you wish 6. Each floor has a water purifier and vending machine, so it's nice not to have to buy water 7. There are no curtains, only blinds, so sunlight filters in and wakes you up early in the morning 8. Rooms facing the train tracks can be quite noisy 9. Some mold and dust that can be found in any hotel 10. The convenience store is a bit far away.
