I went to welcome a few people to Japan on business and found this place for the night before our visitors arrived. Staff service qas quick, the rooms were perfectly clean and comfortable, amenities sufficient, and there was a convenience store right next door to the lobby if I ever needed something. Just a 10 minute walk away from the train station, which is one stop away from the airport. For the close proximity fo the airport, overall quality, and comfort, the price was probably a little less than it should have been! I would recommend using the public bath earlier in the open hours, however; I went close to closing time and found the small bayh area a little crowded and the water a little less warm than expected. If that is a problem for you, there's always the ensuite showers in the rooms.

I recently stayed at Hatago Inn Kansai Airport, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and compact, offering everything I needed for a comfortable night. The hotel is conveniently located near a 24-hour supermarket, a convenience store, and several other amenities, which made it easy to grab meals and essentials. One standout moment was when I arrived late at night from Kurashiki with my luggage forwarded to the hotel. Unfortunately, I couldn’t open one of my suitcases. Despite the late hour (around midnight), Miss Mukai, who speaks very good English, and Mr. Fujimoto kindly offered me tools and assistance to help me open it. Their attentiveness and willingness to help made a big difference, and I was truly grateful for their support. While the hotel is only a short walk from the station, the journey is not very convenient if you have large or heavy luggage, as there is no escalator and only one lift in the area to assist with luggage movement.

Great Value and Warm Hospitality This hotel is definitely great value for money. It has everything you need for a quick overnight stay, especially after a long flight. The room was very clean, spacious, and had comfortable beds. Having a Lawson convenience store right at the doorstep was also a big plus. A special mention goes to the staff member on duty at breakfast — a middle-aged woman who greeted us with a warm and beautiful smile. She was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our breakfast. We truly appreciated her kindness and hospitality. We wish we had gotten her name — she is a real asset to the hotel. As we were leaving, she sent us off with another lovely smile. We would definitely stay here again!

I used this place during a short trip to Osaka. The entrance was spacious, and there was a comfortable seating area. There were also manga available, which was quite satisfying and made it just right for meeting people. The room was very clean, and the small amenities could be picked up near the elevator in the entrance. Larger items like irons could be borrowed at the entrance. Since I stayed for multiple nights, I had the option of having my room cleaned. If I chose not to have it cleaned, new towels were hung on the doorknob. Also, nightwear could be borrowed in the elevator hall, but this was only if I chose to have my room cleaned, allowing for a change of clothes as well. The interior was spacious, and I was able to spend my time comfortably. Although it was a bit small, I was happy to have access to the large public bath. I believe the men's bath is likely the same, but the women's bath had a key card entry system, which made me feel safe while bathing. It was also great that breakfast was available for 900 yen. I will consider using this place again if the opportunity arises!

No stress at all about finding a spot or paying extra. Comfortable, Clean Room: The room was compact but spotless and cozy – perfect for a short stay. Everything was well-designed, and we had a good night’s sleep. Public Onsen: After a day of driving, the public onsen was just what I needed. It was clean, peaceful, and helped me relax completely. It felt like such a bonus for a hotel at this price point. Delicious Breakfast: The next morning, we tried the Japanese-style breakfast buffet, and it was excellent. Plenty of variety – rice dishes, grilled fish, miso soup, salads, eggs, and some Western items like bread and coffee too. Definitely worth including in your stay. Good Location for Travelers with a Car: While it’s close to Kansai Airport, you don’t need to be flying to enjoy this hotel. It’s also a good base if you're exploring southern Osaka or heading towards Wakayama. A Few Small Things: Room Size: Like many Japanese business hotels, the room was on the smaller side. It worked fine for one night with our luggage, but it might feel tight for a longer stay or with large suitcases. Limited Dining Options Nearby: There’s a convenience store close by, but if you’re looking for dinner, options are limited unless you drive out a bit.
