Located in District 4 but it only takes 10 mins by taxi, around US$2-4, to District 1. Door guards at the main lobby always being helpful. Help you to call taxis from the main road to pick you up. Two mini marts next to the building, you could get the basic necessities eg fruit juice, snacks, sandwiches... etc Oven, microwave n kitchen facilities are newly installed...

A newly hotel in District 4, but actually really close to the center. You can walk there. The hotel was well designed. Service is good. Free coffee (real vietnamese coffee), rooftop lounge and the coffee shop are plus points. Definitely will stay here again during my next trip to Saigon!

The best part about the apartment is the rooftop pool. There's a morning market which is walking distance. At night, the market has street food vendors which was great. The apartment was clean and feels like home. Definitely booking again when I'm in Saigon.

Attentive staff who met us when we arrived. They were quick to respond to our questions via Whats App. The apartment was clean with a beautiful pool and workout room. We had access to a great roof top garden. The kitchen was missing some fundamentals (cutting board, good knife, can opener) but worked well. The 7-11 and little grocery in the building was a plus. 20 minu...

the value is good i guess, the wide angle pictures do not reflect the actual size of the room. The room is actually smaller, so is the bathroom. It is more an hostel, and you can get a better room with an actual hotel with breakfast included. Even though it is easy to get a grab or a taxi, i would not recommend this location for the first time Ho Chi Minh visitors. Sta...

Nice place - fairly clean, air conditioned, wifi, washing machine even. I stayed in two rooms, one on the 16th floor, and then one on the 8th. Depending on which room you get it can be either top-notch luxury, or limping comfort on the lower floors. For example, the room on the 8th floor had no cups or mugs to drink from. Small issue, but enough to be annoying. Other ...

Pros: Unit is perfect for 2-3 people. Everything we needed was available in the apartment. The owner (or helper?) was flexible with check-in/check-out time. He was extremely responsive through text. Cons: Bridge to D1 is not easy to use (no pedestrian lights, bridge is poorly maintained). Many Grab drivers are not familiar with this area so they struggle finding the ...

I booked very last minute (approximately 1 hour before arrival) during the TET holiday. Despite not being in the city, the owner contacted me immediately and made arrangements. I was also able to communicate easily with him via text and he always responded immediately. He also speaks English well so it was so helpful not to have any language barriers. The room was brig...

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The owner was super nice and response to me any questions. We could spend the time comfortably in here. Amenity also was fully equipped to stay. I can recommend this hotel for couple stay. 施設はデザインが統一されており、大変落ち着けた宿泊でした。 スタッフの行き届いた対応のお陰もあり、ホーチミンでの忘れられない宿泊となりました。

Would not hesitate to recommend this place. Located within the new Riverside Residencies Apartment Building with swimming pool and gymnasium. The host Sam is kind and very nice. You can even prepare meals in the apartments if want and the basic requirements for cooking are available. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had gret views. Highly recommended for visitors...

The owner is very friendly and helpful which made my stay in Vietnam so much more enjoyable! Although the apartment is not in district 1, you can easily access there through a bridge. Or take a grab bike to the city centre which only costs a minimal. The only con - there was one neighbour who never shut their door and made a lot of noise during the night. But this is n...

Thank you Linh for taking care of us during my stay and response super fast. House looks exactly in photo, honestly it even better when i turn all lights on in night. really impressive at the first time see it. also close to District 1, i guess about 5 minutes walk over the bridge. the weather is quite hot so normally we take Grab car, cost about 1 usd get to center....

I LOVED MY STAY HERE! It felt like home. My room has a microwave, mini fridge, fan & aircon, electric kettle, iron. The bathroom was just beside my room and I only have to share it with 1 other room. They offer FREE usage of the washing machine plus FREE detergent. When I didn't understand how to use the machine, the owner offered to do it for me. If I ever find myself...

The location in district 12 is very close to where we wanted to go, with a very close walk/Uber to the main city. The rooftop pool is amazing (although a bit chilly) and the view is great. The staff was impeccable, and it was even nice having laundry in the unit. The only down side was cleanliness, there were ants pretty frequently found in the unit, in both the living...

A beautiful and convenient apartments-room with fully designed likes real home. Price are fits perfect and worthy. A Cute Kitchen plus A Washing Machine as part of my all time favourite list. Everything were organised with nice plans by Steve's Apartment. Tooks only few minute drive from Apartments to District 1 or others popular streets. Sincerely by ...

It is in district 4, but only a short distance by taxi or even walking to the action in district 1. It is a great place for one or two people to stay and relax. I spent a lot of time outside of the apartment, but it was good to be able to come back to a space close to the city center to wash up and relax. The host was kind and was quick to reply to my messages. He was...

This Hostel is located in a large skyscraper. The dorms are on the 12th floor while the seperate rooms are on the 18th floor. The views are great - especially at night. You will get some fruits and a bun for breakfast. Also instant coffee. There are drinks available for purchase and the staff made a fantastic list of possible activities in Saigon that you can book thro...

i stayed here second time. Nice room, with share kitchen and balcony. In agoda in my booking was other room, not what i book, with 2 big beds for 4 people, we are just 2, but it was good too. So better ask, during book, wich room are booked. This room was also very comfortable. Staff is very helpful, help to me book tickets and found good way in my next trip. Big tha...

The room was very, very good value, maybe the best for this price in HCMC. Clean, comfortable, quiet and in the middle of a lovely local street with fantastic street food and plenty of coffee shops. Walking distance or a quick grab to D1 and the manager Mr Hoang was very responsive and helpful when I had questions or needed information. I liked it so much I will stay t...

I enjoyed my stay so much I re-booked again and I'm staying here for another 2 weeks. It's excellent value, clean and comfortable and the local amenities are perfect. You can walk to district 1 in 5 minutes across the bridge or take a taxi really easil...

I stayed there for a week in April, 2016. The location is not too close to the main tourist areas like the Backpacker District, Ben Thanh Market or Bitexco Towers but close enough to walk to them (about 25 ~ 35 minutes) and the rate is lot lower than those near them. I did not try their breakfast so I cannot comment on that. It is not the center of the city but, if ...

The host is very nice and helpful. She takes care and follows me so well. The security is 24/7 to support me when I get the lobby, he always open the door - feel so good. This spot was a great for a few days. It is located in the 4th district which has a lot going on outside of the tourist spots. We’d suggest an upgrade in the bed linens, the threading on the comforters were showing it’s age., and a thorough cleaning. Otherwise, it’s a great spot.

Mai greeted me, she was great! Fast easy access. Big clean good view, love D4, awesome streetfood area, great pool, fast lifts. Would recommend for independent travellers. Good wifi. Hot shower! . Get the grab app to order a car or walk about the area.

Nice big appartment, everything new with strong wifi and one big bedroom. Not far from centre, walk 10 minutes. Photos in agoda not same. One bedroom no bed, only matrass on the ground. Bedrooms no tv as shown in the photo. Construction 24 hour with cranes near your window. Improve a few things and it's a nice place to stay. Good price.

Good and comfortable apartment ,room is clean and just nice to stay for 2 person.Good service and friendly staff .Swimming pool is relaxing , Location is not very convenience ,no shopping around the area .If you want shopping have take Grab or Taxi to district 1 .Overall if you want to rest and relax is a good place to stay .

What stood out is the lay out of the unit overlooking sunset. I have an officemate who paid for a tour to look at the sunset at Bitexco. The unit is big for four adults and the unit owner Truc is so nice. It would be better if there's a shuttle from the unit to District One even with minimal fee. Taxi cost ranges from 60,000 to 100,000 plus, depends on what time ...

New high rise bldg in Dict 4, across the bridge from Dist 1, so convient to access restaurants and shops by taxi or grab. Conscience store down stairs also great to pick up bottled water and snacks. Though the bldg is high end with full time security guard, the unit itself is furnished as a rental. Not a complaint, as I don’t care as much, and the unit was clean.
