Where to stay in District 3
District 3 hotels & accommodations

This hotel is brilliant for a young family, we were upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment, beautifully appointed. Staff were extremely helpful and sooo polite. Although it's in district 3 it's only a 20 min walk to district 1 (downtown). Also the hotel have a free shuttle every hour to district 1. Will definitely stay here again, obviously very well managed with an absolu...

Bach Suites is absolutely amazing, it is a new hotel- about 9 months old situated right in District 3, a 4-mins walk to the famous 4P's Pizza and other eateries. You have Phuc Long, Highlands, Tea Ren's all surrounds the hotel. All the staffs are ever-friendliest you'll encounter :) Young and energetic, resourceful in telling you where best to eat! Since it is located...

Clean, elegant, spacious for family of four, and attentive and gracious staff. They greeted us with delicious welcome drink. Perfect location in district 3 , just across from district 1. Beautiful gym and pool. An amazing deal versus two hotel rooms.

This is my first stay with SILA Urban Living (the "hotel") and I really did enjoy my sadly short stay - but am sure to be back again in the near future. I was suppose to have stayed for a total of 2 nights, but due to work exigency, I could only arrive one day later, while my fiancée stays over by herself for the first night. The hotel was very helpful to ensure tha...

I booked two nights.I'm satisfied with this hotel. It is quite clean and tidy. And The room is big.The decoration is very especial, red and green. There are a green pillow and a red pillow at room. The wall is covered by green and red.The male staffs wear green clothes, the female staffs put on red clothes. It's preety attractive.I like the style of decoration. The staffs are ...

The hotel is situated in district 3.There is no many restaurants surrounding. But we can go 1 kilometer to district one on foot.Korea,Japan, chinese,Vietnamese food ••••,all kinds of food can be satisfied by all demands.Although the room is small, but it's quite clean. Each guest can enjoy the discount of spa.The staffs speak English fluently. There is no doubt that we can ...

Stayed here over the Christmas period and from the moment you walk through the beautifully designed front doors, you enter opulence and 5 star service. The hotel is exquisitely designed, from the high ceilings in the foyer to the furniture selections. The room is classically designed and the bed is one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on. The pool is on the r...

First of all, let me start by saying that I don't normally write reviews since pretty busy but felt that I had to write a review this time. I've been to HCMC six times since my wife is Vietnamese and use to stay at a Hotel in District 1 which was pretty reasonable. We wanted to rent an apartment to have family over thus it was a new experience for us. I was a little ap...

As a traveller, we are absolutely spoilt with the number and types of accommodation available to us. To help me narrow down my search I always choose a hotel in the best possible location from the things that I want to see and the night life. I rely heavily on the feedback and although every traveller has different tastes, expectations and budgets, you can get a gen...

Front desk staff allowed me to check in early at no additional cost. Thank you! Even though the hotel is located in district 3, I was still able to enjoy my walk to Notre Dame Cathedral and Ben Thanh market (both in district 1--took about 20-30 minutes). Taxis are very cheap to district 1 and the airport. Room is clean and comfortable. Blackout curtains block out the t...

My family stayed at the hotel. And after reading some people's reviews, I was a abit worried what I had booked, On arrival and now after departing. I do not understand where the negative reviews come from, It is a nice and clean 3 star hotel. NOT a five star hotel. If you want 5 star then pay for 5 star. Staff could not have been any more friendly or helpful with my...

Oakwood Apartments is located in a small lane in District 3 which was pretty central but somewhat hard to find for some cab drivers (with Uber, it wasn't a problem). However, the room was cute with lovely design/ furnitures. The lobby smells fresh and pleasant when you walked in. Staff were friendly enough. Price is right for the place. Some downsides were (1) the 4 pi...

An excellent place for someone who is familiar with Saigon/Vietnam or who appreciates to be "at home" after a day working/sightseeing. Ideally located in District 3 it is close to everything, but not in the touristy area. The building and apartments is just gorgeous. A place you want to stay for a long time, not just three weeks as I did. I often enjoyed my evenings on...

Regardless what the bad comments were posted by other patrons who has stayed in this hotel before, I have got one of best rooms with sufficient hot water supply, completed kitchen utensils. during my stay. It could be the reaults from previous bad comments by the previous patrons. Language could be a problem to foreigners but the receptionist is doing his best to ass...

It was my first trip to Saigon staying in district 3. The property is nice and for the price it is good value for money. Rooms are great, well maintained, excellent wifi and choice of English TV (if you really care) channels. Can be better on the food. The breakfast was just ok (nothing great). I just ate lunch once and it was well priced. Overall I'd stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Saigon Mansions/Poonsa Apartments. The location is quite central and if you are brave enough to cross the roads then you will find most areas of interest nearby. We did walk to the War museum which is located on the same road as the apartments, and you are in walking distance of a supermarket as well:) You could probably walk to the markets a...

Good location - a street away from district 1. Clean and friendly. Rooms small but have the facilities needed (just don't open the wardrobe if your sharing with friends and they are in the shower, as it has a glass back into the shower - bathroom door also glass and not soundproof but turning the TV on helps).

Hotel is very nice, clean, confortable and quiet. Hotel location is in district 3, this district is much more quiet than district 1, but still has a good location. breakfast is very good with many choses, staff is very knoledgeble, friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, large and have a big lcd tv, also good bathroom. I highly recommend the hotel.

This the second time I have stayed at this privately owned Hotel . Rooms are clean and bigger than average size. Staff from Porter to Conciergie ,toreception , to administration are all excellent and have a good command of English and are helpful . Well located in District 3 with most facilities and eating venues in close proximity. WIFI good . Will stay there again

This hotel is situated in District 3 and is walking distance to things like the Remnants War Museum. There is a lively park to explore across the road. We found it perfect for our needs when in Ho Chi Minh and have booked in again for a few more days when we return

We like district 3..it`s not as busy as district 1. There are plenty of restaurants both local and western (beware of Green Field Cafe..they ripped us off !!) From the hotel it`s easy to walk to all the places we wanted to go to in the area. We would stay in this hotel again.

Very good location and a great value for money. I wanted to book another hotel nearby but as it was full I went with Lotus and I am very happy I did. The staff were very kind and flexible, allowed me to adjust a few things even during the stay. I'll return for sure.

We were looking for a budget place to stay in district 3 and this one was great. Located in an authentic but very safe part of Saigon, a short cab ride from all of the attractions. Lots of great street food around. Hotel rooms are not quite a suite, but large and comfortable for a few nights stay.

I booked for four person to stay for 3 nights and I was given a one-room apartment and one connecting room. The Apartment is very spacious and has an equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer as well. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. We like the shower too. The reception staff are friendly and they all could communicate rather well in English. A recept...
Cheap places to stay in District 3

The owner is very accommodating, when we arrive there it was flooding and there is a typhoon in Ho Chi Mihn, he helped us and serve us well. All our needs has been taking cared off. We really appreciate it a lot. for sure we will be back. the rooms are all clean and very neat.

This is about the only review I have ever made, which says how strongly I feel about this place. First, make no mistake: this is not the first 'one star' hotel in which I have stayed. It won't be the last, either; I am quite a fan of staying at cheap hotels. I have fond memories of the one star hotel room I occupied for three weeks in Thailand. So I knew what to exp...

The room is clean, quiet and comfortable. The price is cheap for the room. i have a good living experience in the hotel. But the position is difficult to find, because the hotel is hide in a narrow street and there is no brand in the hotel. And the check in is a little slow which make me waite for about 3 hours. But the staff is very friendly and helpful. He change a better...

This place was great for a short stay. We stayed in the room on the 4th floor while apartment hunting. There's not an elevator at this hotel so be prepared to climb with all your luggage. I strongly recommend arriving either in day time because it's not extremely difficult to find, but the hotel sign is rather small and it can a tiny bit hard to find. There's tons of d...

My wife & I booked this room because of the location, which is very near to the Saigon Railway Station. You can simply walk to the station under 10 minutes. The hotel is somewhat in the midst of the shop lots terrace. The room was nifty, with attached bathroom & toilet, complete with TV, air cond and the standards amnesties & toiletries. The drawbacks of staying here ...

The hotel is inside an alley near one of the main roads (Cach Mang Thang 8) and located very close from Saigon Train Station. Overall, the hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly and I would definitely stay here again if I happen to be in the city next time. Be sure not to book the cheapest room, as they don't have any windows.

Little hotel run by a local family, who was very nice and helpful. Is located in a quiet street, very well located in District 3, only 5 min from District 1. The room was comfortable and clean, with street view. For breakfast they offered us vegan options, thank you!

A very reasonable hotel in District 3 just down the street from War Remanents museum. Much more of a “locals” area than Ditrict 1. A wide variety of restaurants catering to Vietnamese not tourists, which I think is a good thing. Reunification Palace an easy walk. You can even walk to the main center (Post Office) in about 20 minutes and see something along the way. A q...

you can get to this hotel by taking bus 152 from tan son nhat international airport. the bus is in white and blue color, just cross the road when you step out of the terminal. this hotel is on nguyen thi minh khai street, near the crossroad with cach mang thang 8 street, so you can tell the driver that you want to alight at nguyen thi minh khai street, he will drop you...

Pushed back in a small hem, (alley way) not scary at all! this posh hotel is everything I needed for a quiet rest. You don’t hear the noise from the hundreds of motorbike. Yet it’s just about 50 ft from the Main Street, “Cao Thang” the room is small yet posh and cozy. No restaurant, no bellman ... nothing fancy yet it felt like a place you want to come back to after a ...

Staff was very helpful throughout our stay, location is great although little tugged away (it may be little hard to find as the building is in between few apartments in the area) it's quite close to District 1. You can rent bicycle from the hotel as well. We stayed at Blackberry apartment which was very spacious 2 bed room, lots of sunlight, fully equipped kitchen....

The worse place ever to stay. I was there for only 6 nights (prepaid), I was moved around to different rooms 3 times. The hotel definitely looks better in the picture than the way it is. The room is humid, moldy, smelly. The facilities is terrible... Expecially the air conditional. It had noisy sound that kept me from sleeping all night. I rather sleeping on the pavem...

There was no receiptionist or no one assist customer to check in. I did call them twice to double check to make sure a room was ready for our stay. When we checked in, Only a cleaner took care everything and she said only a room 301 avaible, we had no choice but that s fine to us. In next morning, she came to our room and said that this room actually booked for 1 yr st...

Only few hotel left during new years eve. Thus try out this hotel since price is OK. Reception is friendly but English is bad. The bell boy speaks better English and sense of direction. Booked a superior room but was given an old standard small room. They don't understand standard or superior. Just ask big or small. Keep asking me how much I paid to Agoda. It makes no...

Located in district 3, qhome is accessible to nearly every attraction & a plethora of food places. Being away from the main road also minimise noise. Staff were incredibly polite & accommodating . The room however had a couple of stains & cigg butts from the prev inhabitants. That being said, qhome is still one of the better apartments I’ve had the pleasure of stayin...

Price are very reasonable comparing to other serviced apartment. You will have a big size of room. You will have housekeep for every 2 days, everything is just fine here except you need to notice that there are a few small ant and spider in the room sometime, and it totally acceptable in my opinion. I will definitely book again next time.

This quiet apartment has a fantastic view over CBD and district 1. It has been stylishly decorated and furnished. The location is very convenient.
