I stayed in twin room which is large and tidy. I enjoyed delicious but free breakfast. Receptionist can communicate with English and the service is good at all.

Not the best”
Didn't have the best experience at this hotel. Only stayed here for 1 night as we were travelling to Osaka. There was a domestic in the room next to us and we did not sleep much at all. Lady and man fighting, screaming and crying in hallway for hours. Staff couldn't handle the situation quickly. Would have liked the police to come and fix the situation mor effectively. Situation was not handled well and everyone on the floor was obviously tired at breakfast. Breakfast was free however a bit average. Staff was nice and free storage offered at reception which was helpful. Only 1 pillow per quest had to ask for an extra one.

We booked one night to sample the city for the first time. V close to peace park, 15 mins walk to bus stn. Lots of public transport available, good shopping. Hotel clean and tidy, excellent breakfast, helpful staff.

Great location to get around. Street car almost directly in front of the building. The free breakfast is the only let down. Not a great breakfast when I would rather get sandwiches from 7/11 instead. Welcome drink is lemonade which to me is a step above water. Staff are very friendly. Would stay again but just breakfast out.

Good positioned hotel with simple rooms”
The hotel is in a good position near the all World War II memorials. There is a tram stop in the immediate vicinity. The room is small, very simple, but sufficient. It was the simpliest accomodation from 4 hotels that we visited in Japan. I didn't like the automatic check in at a time when there were 2 employees at the reception, but it's nothing major. I just don't understand why they are there standing and not giving any atention to new guests. The breakfast was on the other hand the best of the 4 hotels that we visited in Japan. The only thing that could be improved is that I would like to have warm tea in the morning rather than a cold one...

Check in et check out via machines / ordinateurs. Les WC n'étaient pas propres lorsque nous avons récupérés la chambre. Il n'y a que 2 ascenseurs pour 14 étages avec 23 chambres par étage à partir du 4ème. Vive les embouteillages ! La salle du petit déjeuner est très petite pour accueillir tous les clients et c'est extrêmement bruyant. De plus les produits proposés sont très basiques. Ce qui est le plus choquant c'est la quantité de plastique qui est jeté !!!! C'est en opposition avec le pin's " développement durable " porté par certains employés. Chambre mal insonorisée et comme certains se croient seuls, vous les entendez dans le couloir de l'étage. La climatisation est très bruyante ! Seul l'emplacement est correct. Si c'était à refaire, j'irai ailleurs.

Ankunft im Bahnhof Ausgang Süd nehmen dann in Streetcar Nr. 1 einsteigen bis Haltestelle Chuden mae U4 aussteigen dann sind nur noch ein paar Meter. Frühstück im Preis mit drin und es gibt Fahrräder umsonst.Wir fanden es super für den Preis und wir hätten noch das grösste Zimmer bekommen 1420 .

室内は清潔で、どちらかと云えば女性客受けしそうでしたが、アメニティ（シャンプー類）は男性的でした（笑） ベッドもクィーンサイズの部屋のベッドを選んだんですけど、一人で泊まるには広すぎました（笑） 私にはセミダブルくらいがいいかな〜 清潔感に溢れ、立地もよく、従業員さんも丁寧で、ウェルカムドリンクまであり、本当にいたれりつくせりでした。 広島に来る際、ぜひ利用したいと思いました。 お世話になりました。

2歳児連れで広島市内を観光。行きたかった原爆ドームから徒歩でも行ける距離だったのと、繁華街からもすぐなのでゴハンを食べてぶらぶらお散歩しながら帰れる距離だったのが良かったです。レンタカーだったのですが提携駐車場もすぐ、コンビニもセブンイレブンが隣接していて良かったです。 ３泊で、朝食付きプランでしたが1食だけ頂き、あとの2食は徒歩で近隣のカフェでモーニングを頂きました。 ホテルのカレーは美味しかったのですが、それ以外のメニューの種類はそこまで多くなく…少し残念だったので外で朝は食べてました。チェックイン、アウトは機械で人を介さずスムーズに出来ました。

たまたまだったのかもしれませんが、宿泊したお部屋がとても狭くて、ゆったりとした滞在とは言えませんでした。また、駐車場の枠が一杯になってしまい、事前に電話連絡した際の案内とは異なって「ご自身で探して下さい」と案内されたことはやや不満です。朝食の時間帯が他の多くの宿泊者と重なり大混雑で、落ち着いて摂ることができませんでした。その他については、清潔で機能的など快適な滞在となりました。ありがとうございました。

広島駅からのアクセスも良く朝食も付いていてお部屋もちょうど良いサイズでとても良かったのですが、シャワーの水圧だけが弱すぎて髪を洗うのが大変でした。 それ以外は、とても満足致しました。
