"A gentlemen helped us obtain our room keys during a time the front desk was overwhelmed with check in arrival customers. I had pre-checked in hours earlier that afternoon. This fine staff person recoginized our situation and quickly obtained our room keys for us, saving us untold time. A real hero! Due to a major party function, the hotel restaurant was closed on the evening of our stay. However, the nice lady running the restaurant front desk assisted us in obtaining dinners to go to take to our room. Another hero!"

"After multiple sub-standard stays at Wyndham properties in recent days I had concerns. But it is a lovely stay. The room was small (no surprise given the name) but clean and comfortable. Staff was professional, though they must care a lot about check-in and check-out--I received an email 2 days before reminding me that check-in was at 3, and at 10:55 on check-out day my room phone rang asking if it was extending. Neither are standard but this is the most minor of complaints I can imagine. "

"Great hotel!! I was actually surprised at how much it surpassed my expectations. It was extremely clean (they even provide Clorox wipes everywhere for you to wipe things down if you want). The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to meet our needs and ensure we enjoyed our stay. One staff member even put on cartoons at the bar for our children to enjoy. Great location if you want to be downtown and just steps away from everything. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. "
