Pittsburgh (PA) hotels & accommodations

This hotel is a wonderful part of history and is extremely well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and nice. Something really needs to be done about WiFi though, it’s honestly the worst connection I’ve ever had in a hotel room. I basically could not connect to WiFi at all unless I was standing at the door of my room or in the lobby. I understand it’s an old ...

Downtown Pittsburgh is a good $40 Uber drive from the airport. After a whole week at a conference downtown, having explored also a lot of what the city can offer as far as entertainment, sports culture and dining, I was ready to be home. Staying at the Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh International for the last night, just made my experience so much more enjoyable. Stylish an...

It was really good experience at double tree in pittsburgh. We really appreciate for staff in the front that he upgraded the room from normal queen size room to sweet room, room was terrific, clean, comfy. We were really happy to start off our trip in pittsburgh with double tree.

The staff are very professional and helpful- the free breakfast and shuttle service is great. The location near main thoroughfares to downtown Pittsburgh is terrific. I was in a quiet room - although early in the morning I could hear trucks on the Parkway above the hotel. That’s my only negative complaint. I would recommend this hotel to friends or family.

A gentlemen helped us obtain our room keys during a time the front desk was overwhelmed with check in arrival customers. I had pre-checked in hours earlier that afternoon. This fine staff person recoginized our situation and quickly obtained our room keys for us, saving us untold time. A real hero! Due to a major party function, the hotel restaurant was closed on the ...

Hampton is a very clean, well kept hotel in a convenient yet not busy section of the city. My wife and I went to see the sights....sports arenas, museums, etc. which were all either within walking distance or a short drive. We would definitely stay at this hotel the next time we're in Pittsburgh.

This was a great hotel for our family’s visit to the University of Pittsburgh. It is only a couple of blocks to the main campus, and a short drive into Pittsburgh itself. The hotel was very clean, and the valets were quick when getting our car. We’re a family of 5 so having 2 queen beds was great, but I was disappointed that the hotel didn’t have a pool for our kids, a...

Was under renovation, like an abdoned building.. which was not mentioned on line or during booking. Capert dump and dirty everywhere. Rooms looking departlated, soap half used, ceiling old and falling in for even the rooms, fruits old amd stale. Pool abandoned...

Pls vist only if no other hotel is available in the area. Rooms are not clean, paint is falling off the walls. Sheets felt like they were not washed properly. Extremely basics setup can be improved to great degree. Can feel like an unsafe property for some people. Breakfast is very average and not enough place to sit in the breakfast area.

We used the Sheraton at Station Square as one of our hotels for guest at our wedding and stayed there ourselves. We got married on the Gateway Clipper, right next door, so it was incredibly convenient. The booking process- done by off-site phone call center- was an issue for more than one guest and myself. I spent 2 hours of repeated back and forth calls to get an a...

The staff was super, super nice. The hotel is in the perfect location in downtown Pittsburgh--close to PNC park, close to PPG arena...close to nice places to eat. The room was small, but it was very nice and clean. I would love to come back and stay here.

Hotel is quite. They providing free shuttle to down town. The campus of Pittsburgh University has a good public transport connection to the city and airport. The campus in the city also giving life to the city. Small restaurants, shops selling daily needs of students also exists. Students walking around to get they daily needs after returning from campus.

Our room was not clean. Shower had hair all over the walls and the floor in bed room was not vacuumed (food on floor). We talked to the front desk twice and nobody flinched, they shrugged their shoulders and said"Oh I'll tell the manger". This site Angola to book the room, I will never use again. I did not get the room I was told we would have. Person on phone did not ...

Wonderful, very friendly staff that takes care of everything immediately ~ except some members of the housekeeping staff are lazy with attitudes that suck. Great breakfast where everyone gathers in a friendly atmosphere every morning. Great value for he money!! I listed location as satisfactory because it's only a few minutes from the UPMC medical center, universities,...

This was the most affordable hotel we could find near Pittsburgh. It was only about 20 minutes from downtown. The hotel also has a lot of food & shopping options right around it too! The sheets were clean, nice setup and bathroom. Excellent customer service. Free coffee in the lobby. The parking was awful (but free) and lots of ice on the sidewalks. I would stay here ...
Cheap places to stay in Pittsburgh (PA)

Being on a budget, this was the best option for me. I stayed for a couple of nights. I was put in a smoking room even though my booking said non-smoking. It’s hard to get the smoking smell out of a room, so I had trouble sleeping the first night until I opened the window to let air in. It wasn’t so bad then. Free breakfast a bonus. It’s very basic but gets you started....

Thought I was getting good value but without shuttle service I had to pay an additional $40 to get to and from the airport. Toilet almost overflowed. One of two elevators out of service. Soda machines (2) weren't working properly (one sold out and the other accepted my money but wouldn't process transaction). Missed the included breakfast as I had a 6:40 flight and bre...

Its right off the highway so its easy to find and close to good restaurants. We stayed in one of the four Jacuzzi rooms and the Jacuzzi was GREAT! It was so relaxing. As soon as we checked in they had someone come to our room to show us how to use the Jacuzzi. Its an older hotel but for the price of a private Jacuzzi room with a king size bed its right on point. They a...

We went on a short weekend visit and it was perfect! The room was clean, bed was very comfortable, great water pressure, and wonderful staff. The pool was very nice and our son had a lot of fun in it. The location was close to the places we visited and central to everything. We loved having a Starbucks in the lobby for coffee upon arrival and first thing in the morn...

This unit was obviously built by another hotel chain. I've stayed in Quality Inns before and this one doesn't match the usual size and amenities. The minute we walked in we noticed how small and cramped the lobby area was. We discovered that the breakfast area was also right there. You were eating at the front door. The first morning they ran out of food so there wasn'...
