Where to stay in Miami Beach (FL)
Miami Beach (FL) hotels & accommodations

Best location in Miami Beach. All staffs are very friendly. The only complaint is the check-in staff told me she will call me when my room is ready, but I didn't receive any call. I returned to her at 3:30pm to know the room was ready, wasted me 4 hours hanging around the neighbourhood of hotel.

Staff at concierge were extremely rude and unfriendly. Hotel is just a runaway for snobbish clients. Just a snobbish uncomfortable place to be. You can't walk around without being starred at. Other hotels in Miami Beach don't give you this kind of feeling. Negative experience. I will return to Miami Beach but for sure not in this hotel.

I like the hotel in general. The room we choose was Junior Suite King Bed - Ocean View. It was large room with nice balcony and relaxing amazing view. The bathroom was large and it has jacuzzi. The mattress of the bed was not comfortable and it seem to be overused but it was acceptable, not really bad. It was a nice experience and sure will come again.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights! And I must say the awesomely well decorated suite rooms, friendly staff and cleanliness of the room and hotel made us so happy to be there! And 5 nights seriously wasn't enough! The hotel has 3 separate buildings and 2 pools! Just 5 mins walk to the famous Miami Beach that is so convenientlt located! There's even a 24 hours mini ma...

The entire stay was simply flawless. From being greeted and led through the doors that opened automatically into the refreshingly cool, beautiful lobby. We immediately noticed that there was a wedding party, and understood why they had selected this venue. Check in was fast and courteous. We were in our suite within 5 mins of arriving to The Palms. We were both astoun...

My service was great from all the employees at the front desk . The room is really nice and it’s close to the beach . I love the complimentary happy hour they have daily. The only thing is the walls need to be thicker, you can hear everyone in their rooms as you pass by . The parking is a hassle . Which I’m aware the hotel was fully booked b/c of the holiday wknd so I ...

The hotel belongs to Art Deco style hotels which is very neat and the location is perfect. I was very excited before going to Miami beach. However, I was disappointed. The hotel is old, you can hear everything, every little noise. I can hear very well people walking on the floor above, as a result I woke up early and couldn't rest. You can literally hear every small no...

From the very beginning we arrived at The Confidante Hotel we felt very welcome and 'at home'. Marc Anthony gave us very good tips for our 2 weeks stay in Miami. From nice restaurants to great things to do. His natural way of communicating and hospitality to us and others is something that every hotel (manager) can be proud. Thanks to him we've discovered great places ...

Best location in south beach area close to the beach , nice swimming pool , room is clean , bed is clean and comfort , room has good space and all equipments , i like the wardrobe . It s just like a little room .toilet is good too . Even the carpet is old but this is non smoking hotel so that s fine too breath and easy care for smell. Air condition work well . Nice st...

Was there for an exhibition and the hotel was located within walking distance to the Miami Beach Convention Center,to the beach, Lincoln St Mall, Ocean Drive. Staff were friendly and the reception could even remembered my name :) Downside to the hotel is that it got noisy on a Friday night but then who sleeps early on a Friday night anyway?

This hotel is right in the middle of the Art Deco area in South Beach the you have the ocean right across the street. Walking distance to everything you need. Short and convenient Uber taxi rides to Little Havana, Wynwood Walls, Bayside Marketplace and other attractions in Miami. Highly recommend.

I was looking for a hotel located at Miami beach that provides beach chairs, umbrellas, towels (many hotels only have beach access but does not provide those). And I found Grand Beach Hotel. It offers what I wanted at a reasonable price. The lobby of the hotel looks newly furnished but one can tell from the rooms that the hotel has some age, but that's OK. Two great th...

When I was booking this hotel, I was little bit nervous because of some reviews that I read, but now after my own experience I can say: excelent, off course hotel isnt the newest, but everything was ok, cleanliness, locations, breakfast, but the best is service, people are very kind, everything its well organized!

It’s a great place to be in Miami. However only downside is that they close the pool side area by 10pm. I got stranded couple of times and there was no one to open the doors. I had to find property contact number from emails and had to call them to send someone to open the doors. I love walking on the beach late night and this was just a total turn off for me !! Being ...

The hotel is basically perfection. Modern, clean, on the beach with an amazing pool. It has all the amenities of a giant resort but still manages to feel more like a quaint boutique. Perfect. We used the pool and gym and received 2 free drink tickets. If there is any down side, all this comes with a price, including extra resort fees, etc.

We travelled in the school spring break which makes the area very busy. The Circa 39 Hotel is about a 30 minute walk or 10 minute free trolley ride to Lincoln St. If you don’t like crowds and don’t mind excessive noise till the early hours of the morning the hotel is perfect. We were so happy we could visit the sights of the South Beach area but stay in a hotel that we...

The pelican was great, our group really enjoyed ourselves. You can't go wrong choosing this hotel. The rooms were decorated very well with a different theme in each room. You're also directly across the street from the beach, they also offer free breakfast for their guest. Overall best hotel on the strip so far for me.

What can I say, a fantastic hotel with lovely staff who go beyond what’s expected of them. Room was lovely, huge bed was comfortable. Plenty of towels available and chairs / beach towels free of charge. Jorge at the front desk is a star. When you exit the hotel turn left for a great breakfast at the first restaurant next door (20metres) Turn right and walk about 200/...

Red South Beach Hotel was a last minute selection to enable an extended stay in Miami Beach. The hotel room was excellent with a separate sitting area, separate bathroom, and private bedroom. It was also quiet and clean - and the bed was excellent - A++. The price for a Saturday evening stay was excellent and a primary driver in selection. We were disappointed wit...

I stayed here for the weekend by myself. Clean room. Subway, Walgreens other restaurants near by walking distance. Attached to beach. Simple. Great place to stayed if you are in and out of FL just need a bed to rest. Staff was great no complaints. Just wear flip flops/ shower shoes for shower.

The room and its amenities were terrific. View of the beach and sunset from our deck with two super comfy chairs. Water and chocolates at turn down. A spacious, two sink bathroom with a fabulous shower (with three sprays and a handheld). However, I didn't care for the scent that filled the air, in the rooms, elevators and public areas. It was overwhelming and sick...

The hotel is located in South Beach, direct access to the beach and 5 mn by walking distance of Ocean Drive. Rooms are only available at 04.00pm, standard is worldwide 03.00pm. No fitting room and the staff of the hotel tell you to use the restrooms for that... To take a shower after your check out is not possible as well. Then you can use the equipment before living b...

We stayed in the 6755 property, got the two queen upgrade. Our room was beautiful and modern with a full kitchen. Under 5 min walk to the beach with access at 69th st and 64th st from the 6755 property. The main property is probably even closer with access off every street. Uber to south beach would be around $10-15 if you want to go to the main beach and restauran...
Cheap places to stay in Miami Beach (FL)

Bikini Hostel has been an oasis for me as I arrived after a horrific bus journey on Greyhound. I would like to especially mention Jon - he goes out of his way to make me feel welcome. His positive personality is such a breath of fresh air. I thank Jon for his kindness and for really making me feel welcome on my very first visit to Miami Florida.

Very nice hostel. Free wifi and breakfast. Building is over 100years old, but they renovate pretty good making into pretty fashionable boutique hostel. Inside is cozy , nice mood antique style and clean . I stayed in 8girls dormitory , each bed had a light stand and power point to charge ur phone beside ur head, 2 bathrooms and lockers . 5mins walk to Miami beach. Bus ...

This is not a hotel it is a hostel called Miami Beach international hostel the advertised wynwood south beach hotel is nowhere to be seen on the property and some staff did not even know the name. not a hotel and does not evan have basic hotel services. Agoda this is TOTALLY MISLEADING.
Not only bedrooms, but a whole apartment: go past the outer typical 80's look and found a big living, with a sofa bed, a dining area, a FULL kitchen with all the kitchenware, two separate bedrooms with fluffy comforters and a bath. No old carpet and modern style. In front of the building there are free parkings, something rare in the Miami area and in 5 minutes you wal...

I stayed at this hotel for Labor Day weekend and had a great stay. I decided to stay alone, instead of in an Air bnb with my other friends, and I felt completely safe. THE LOCATION IS GREAT!! We loved the location--walking distance to the beach and all the hot spots in South Beach. The apartment building and space itself was clean. We felt safe, and there were no issues with bugs or anything that I noticed in other reviews. The toilet was a little iffy in that you had to hold the handle down for a bit an d then wait a while for it to be flushable again. ...

We were in Miami for 3 nights and unfortunately our first day was spent in our hotel room due to the hurricane. The room was a good size and the room facilities worked well - we were glad that we were supplied with a fridge for our snacks. The location is ideal for the beach and bars. The only factor that let the hotel down was that we had asked to be booked onto the...

After I thought I paid for the hotel for approximately $80 a night , agoda got me with some booking fees. After I arrived at the hotel the hotel hit me with an $18 a night resort fee and also a $30 a day valet parking fee . This was not mentioned on the hotel description or on agodas site. Fees cost me more then what the hotel cost. ———I liked the hotel , it was clean...

Like most Miami hotels in the area, this is an older building which has been refurbished into a chic value hotel. The rooms are small-ish but functional. Some of the fixtures are in need of repair/replacement but nothing really bad. The staff was excellent, especially the daytime front desk who were more than helpful and immediately arranged repairs to the patio doo...

Price was on the cheaper end, eveyrhting was great. Lots space, slept good on beds, although beds were squeeky but they worked well casue I slept well every night. Plenty AC, downstairs convient store is very convient, people all super nice, great location easy to walk round or uber anywhere , beach access right downstairs to back 2 min walk , very beautiful... ovral...
The location is awesome. Literally steps from the beach and the hotel had a good flow of People always at it’s downstairs restaurant. Even at night time it was a party place, the walls are thin so you do hear everyone out on the street having a good time at 5 am , but if you been drinking some of the HUGE drinks they serve downstairs then you probably won’t mind it lik...

If you need to stay in the mid-beach area of Miami Beach, this hotel is a very good for value option. Close to the beach and to the large resort/convention hotels of Miami Beach so for an out of pocket extension of a business trip to a convention in one of these, this hotel makes a lot of sense. Not recommended for a long stay or vacation as the immediate area has nothi...

Upon reading other reviews I was expecting a small room but than as I walked in it was pretty spacious. Everything was clean ( for the eye sight, sure if you look under the sink or behind the tv there is dust) but shower, sink, bed sheets all clean. I was missing a mini fridge, which would help keep my water cool. Location is amazing, right next door is a small store, ...

We liked the hotel. There was parking ($ 15 / night), the room was spacious and well cleaned every day. The pool with beach chairs was also clean. The location near the beach was great. In less than 5 minutes you are from the hotel right on the beach. Also, near the hotel, the free Miami Trolley Bus goes to south beach and further north. Unfortunately there was no brea...

The colony is great for location if you’re looking to be in the heart of south beach . Prepare for a lot of noise and loud music . The positive: Colony is right on the beach so great view and scenery and walk to be nightclubs . It’s very nostalgic, the colony holds a special place for our anniversary And the staff was so amazing at upgrading our room to an oceanfron...

Great boutique hotel, walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants around. The rooms are immaculate and great design. Bathrooms are small but modern and clean. Great check-in staff who were very friendly and helpful. Short car trip to shopping street. Overall would recommend!

Hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful from the second we stepped in the door. The Bel-Aire building itself (hallways) and a bit dark and dingy, however, the room was clean and comfortable. The floor-to-ceiling windows were divine and flooded the room with sunshine! The “welcome cocktails” were delicious and much appreciated! Bed was very plush and both...

Hotel, location, facilities and employees are all great! Pool is nice and everything was clean. Food at the restaurant was good tasting and better than most in the area that offer the same type of meals. We had a 2 queen bed room and it was roomy enough. Beds were very comfortable. All in all we had a very nice stay at Leslie’s. Only thing we would recommend is ...

William and Harold had the BEST customer service I’ve ever received from a hotel and I’d just like to thank them first. The hotel is further than advertised from South beach/Ocean drive. No nearby restaurants. Hotel restaurant was ridiculously overpriced. Price was ok for what it was

The pictures are very attractive, the words describing the hotel too. I expected more than what I saw. There is no private beach, it is a public beach and you have to walk, cross an avenue to go to the beach. I thought it was right in the hotel feet.. SBH is not big, with ground floor and 1st floor. No facilities in SBH. SBH is a part of 3 hotels sharing the same fac...

i was in miami with two other colleagues. when i went to book the same hotel as them it was full so i picked this purely because it was close to their hotel. when i walked up to the hotel i thought i made a mistake. the hotel looked very small from the street, the lobby was tiny and a little embarrassing. so far i thought i made a huge mistake. the elevators were a...

The hotel is a 2 minute walk to Ocean Drive and Miami South Beach... just the perfect location. The room was clean and neat. The breakfast is somewhat limited and the swimming pool is a bit small... we spent most of our time at the beach so this wasn't too much of an issue. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a weekend vacation!

Rooms are very small. Much smaller then pictures online. The view was not as shown on line. My view from the 5th floor was of a roof of another building and the wall of another building. Hotel was beautiful just over priced for such a small space.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel beginning of November. Very nice service, clean rooms. It's good for romantic couple. Minus of the room-it's very dark, no light. Small window, which is not possible to open for a fresh air. The only option-conditioner. Position of hotel is fantastic, in the touristic area next to the lovely big clean beach. Hotel is automatically ...

No cons to speak of. The Ocean Reserve is in prime location. The pool was inviting and not over crowded, the beach is a short walk away and also not overly crowded. The store on the first floor had everything you needed to prepare a meal if need be or to grab a quick cafe cubano and guava and cheese. Aventura Mall less then .5 miles away. Truly a great experience. ...

Was on the first floor and at all hours there was noise of foot traffic, talking, etc like the walls were paper thin. Of all things the ice machine, totally down the hall and around the corner was even loud in the room. No hangars in the closet, which was odd. And the lighting is really dim. The staff was super friendly & helpful and the soaking pools were nice. Loca...

My stay was perfect. This hotel does not have the smell that other hotels in Miami have. Rooms are modern and it smells really good. On the beach, close to shops, excellent restaurants, and a couple of blocks away from the Art Deco entertainment strip. Staff is after every single detail.

Very good location. 5min walk from the Beach 2 pools, one busy one quiet. Great rooms Basic , Lofts and Villas I personally stayed in a loft . Great space . It's a Full Living room with bathroom upstairs on bedroom with full bathroom. Near to lobby! Breakfast was great! Also loved the hotels contemporary design. Only downfall , looked like the hotel needed more cl...

The Urbanica was a little too focused on aesthetic when they should be focusing more on their services. When we checked in on a Monday, it took 45 minutes for our luggage to arrive to our rooms. When we checked out on a Wednesday, it took them nearly an hour to retrieve our car and in the meantime they couldn't remember where they placed our luggage. I missed an appoin...

Great location in Collins avenue. Clean and modern rooms. Most staff were really nice and manager was really friendly and helpful. Some staff were not as helpful and a bit insensitive with our check in and check out. On arrival I was asked to pay a $200 holding fee for our stay. This wasn't in any email confirmation and we hadn't even been given a room yet but strai...

From arrival to departure staff was polite and responsive. Location was convenient to everything. The pool area is a bit plain but proximity to beach offsets underwhelming pool area. Starbucks literally next door. Had room overlooking ocean and beach which was nice. Great stay.

Contemporary and convenient. From the pool area to the restaurant to the lobby bar to the front desk to valet: everyone provided service with a smile with sincerity. Had a great stay at the Delano with my wife. The location is great; right on the beach and a short walk to Lincoln Road mall and restaurants. The pool is beautiful with plenty of sun or shade if you prefer. The staff was great. If you get tired of the pool you can move to the beach with great beach chairs provided by the hotel. The hotel essentially becomes one of...
