Best hotels & accommodations in Houston (TX)

The perfect location if you visit events at GRB Houston. Hotel is connected by a skybridge. It's a bit costly, but very convinient to stay here, service is outstanding, excellent breakfast. There are few spots, e.g. the Grove, in walking distance for good food and drinks.

This hotel was amazing. My daughter lives the mini river that runs through the hotel lobby. She lived the koi fish swimming around. For me, the best part were the beds. I usually have a hard time falling asleep when I travel but the bed was so comfortable. I fell asleep almost instantly. My daughter and I wanted to go see the pool and followed the signs to another fl...

I recently stayed in the Hyatt during a visit to my daughter, who lives in Houston. My mother and I were very impressed with the cleanliness, the modern decor and the helpfulness of all the staff. The accomadations were more than comfortable and the availibility of the cafe and jewelry shop were appreciated. We also felt the rate was more that reasonable and will de...

The hotel is a very good business class hotel, comfortable and with in-room paid but good internet connections. Staff was efficient and friendly and the buffet breakfast excellent. My first taste of American food. I also enjoyed the dinner options at the bar that was part of the complex. Apart from that Houston is obviously not a city that lends itself to walking any...

This is the 4th times we stayed at Doubletree Hotel because it is very comfortable and the location close to the airport is superb. It is quiet and the bed is very very comfortable and clean. The staff is very helpful and the free cookies were excellent..made our day! We also like the pool and hang out around it while looking at the planes that pass above us. Cool...

I booked this hotel for our layover and it was conveniently located near the airport. Transfers are provided which is an advantage. Breakfast spread was simple but good enough and tasty as well. My booking was for 3 adults in a room with queen bed and a sofa bed. I asked for the sofa to be made into a bed and was told that it would incur extra charge since it is cons...

From the ladies at the check-in to the hotel cleaning staff, everyone was very polite. I was really impressed with the size and cleanliness of the rooms. The bed and the pillows were very very comfortable and made it nice for a guy like me who travels 2-3 weeks a month on the road. The location of the hotel is only about 10 minutes from Katy Mills and you can see the...

The front desk clerk was friendly and made me feel very comfortable about staying there for a second time. I was about to change hotel due to my first visit to this location was not good. My room was comfortable and clean. Thanks for a better experience will stay not time I am in Houston!!!!

The chair and beds in our room were not comfortable. Pillows were too soft. Bathtub was not a handicap design and was very slippery with a missing connection for the sprayer. Would recommend a recliner for seating or ottoman for the chair and converting bathtub to shower only. The staff was outstanding in valet parking, front desk, and for in room dining all employees...

We come to the Houston Medical Center about once a month or so for cancer treatment. We have stayed at several other locations in the area but this is the best by far. The service is absolutely amazing and you can’t beat their fine dining. The bar is quite and the bartender is extremely respectfully and polite. We always sleep great and the wake up call is right ...

nice stay during short weekend trip. breakfast is included. the room is modern and spacious. hotel is clean and new. bed is comfortable. room has been quiet each time stayed. safe and convenient location. nice large pond behind hotel that can walk around. nice basic hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for one week and the staffs working there especially those at the front desk had made us felt at home. They were courteous, friendly and genuinely caring! The hotel room was spacious with a living area and come fully equipped with microwave oven! Room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good as well! The hotel located righ...

this is a good hotel for quick in and out of city by Flights... it is walkable distance to Walmart, Macy's and many more make it comfortable for day to to day needs and shopping.. it also comes with hot plate and microwave making it much more worth while staying for longer time

Questionable area....A couple of domestic disturbances took place....We spent one night - a Saturday.....No noticeable places to eat around, but not an after dark kind of location....We got snacks from the nearby Chevron (cashier behind bullet proof glass).... Older facility, but about the only one around....We had a 6AM flight with a rental drop off.....At 4 miles aw...

Dear Traveler, in a court of law, I'd gladly raise my right hand and attest my experience at Days Inn has been exceptional from the jump. Henceforth, I will provide notable facts that enhanced my experience as they will any guest. It was 2 am when I arrived and was immediately impressed that the parking lot was so well-lit and I could park directly in front of the entr...

a/c was not functional, no ice, luminol was not properly removed, no coffee and no condiments for coffee machine, comforter smelled with rancid and cheap perfume, pool had not been cleaned in what seemed like weeks(slim green), breakfast was not as advertized it contained carbs with banana and orange juice only for fruit.

Room was spacious and clean, front desk was medium friendly (I stood there quite long before someone came out of the back office) Breakfast is horrible... everything out of plastic cups and plates... Planes starting directly over the hotel, but I expected that at that location, so not their fault, but can be noisy!

Central location (across from JSC, near Kemah board walk, inter-coastal hiking and nice parks, 20 minutes to south Houston, 35 to Galveston). Rooms were clean and comfortable but also small, dated, and in need of maintenance (e.g. drawer pulls, slow flushing toilet, little stuff). Easy parking, internet, basic business center facilities, and breakfast; no meats, but ...

It is owned by people of Indian origin. They were nice to me but i found some lack of professionalism in their conduct. I would attribute it to the location actually. When i entered the property there was no one in the reception. i had to shout out for 5 minutes before some one showed up. What i found most significant is the location. It is what they in US call a 'neig...

Nice room, clean, good value. Be sure to get their phone number, it was not published in the Agoda confirmation and they do not advertize in the airport. If it was not for a kind UAL employee who loaned me his phone and googled the phone number, I might have spent the night in the airport. I had arrived internationally about 10 pm and there were no vendors still open...

Was doing an extended visit to Space Center Houston, which is literally right across the street, so for me the location could not have been better. But take note that the Space Center is quite a distance removed from Houston's Downtown, its Museum District, and most other attractions. Also, the included "breakfast" is just a very minimal Grab 'n' Go, not even what most...

I drove up and thought this is out of the norm but I gave it a chance since I'm a choice member, the room looked awesome and everything from the welcome to the leave was nice. If you're in need of a good room and fair price this is the place for you. The only thing I didn't like was the location it's kind of hard to get to maybe because of the construction other than ...

We arrived at the airport and called for a shuttle and they informed us that we needed to give them a 12 hour notice , we had to take a taxi at 35.00 dollars and then for our morning flight out the first shuttle was at 7 am way to late!!! Very disappointed! The room was clean but the stairs up to our floor had boxes sitting in the way all night and still there in the ...

The hotel didn't provide a nice clean room even previously booked for more than 2 months. The room was available but not properly cleanned. I needed to use towel instead of pillow in the first night. The airconditioner was old and noisy. The room made you feel like you were in '60 and the light was yellow. After complaining on the unclean pillow and bedsheet in the ne...

It was not simple bisness trip. I had to meet with a lot of persons. I had been executed objectives completelly as I booking Sheraton near Gallery I think. I needed quick internet to solve a lot of problem and I had it in the room. Further a having pool in hotel admited me to have a rest and recondition. Thankrs I lived near Galery I have been able to buy presents...

We mistakenly booked this hotel not realising it had very few reviews. I would stay away as our room wasn't very clean. The photos are very misleading, it isn't as modern as they want you to think. The hotel appears to be catered for conventions? Unlike the photos, the bathroom is a bathtub/shower combo with a dirty tub and nasty shower curtain. Very disappointed as w...

Overall I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff was great, they even gave me a late checkout. My bed was comfortable and my room was clean. There is a good scene at the bar at night. The only disappointments were how small the pool is and that the options for room service were limited. I would stay here again and will on my next trip to Houston, and imwou...

we chose this hotel hoping it would have all we wanted for our first weekend trip to houston...and it did! the hotel was in a great location....close to good restaurants, a block from the metro (perfect for heading to a sunday game at reliant stadium), near the highway, safe parking for my car (of course, it's valet only and expensive, but my car was safe and easy to a...

They say first impressions make the difference and unfortunately the check in wasn't the greatest and the bar man was too busy telling his mate how often he gets drunk, however mistakes happen, we are all human and the team in the restaurant saved the day with their smiles, friendly engaging demeanour and professional approach. Would I return?..definitely. Would I ex...

Traveler impressions of Houston (TX)
well designed hiways, nice shopping centers, a lot of restaurants, moderate weather, good site seeing's
Just I feel it is classic. In the city centre, all look so modern but towns and people look so classic.
Houston houses almost all the oil companies and for an oil company executive, this is a must visit city.
Houston is a big place. It's better to rent a car to get around the area with a GPS of course. Shopping malls are everywhere especially depots.
You need to rent a car, if you are visiting multiple place. Taxi are available, but rare and expensive.
i love the city and its diversity of cultures, languages, and people. it feels like a modern southern metropolis.
NASA is great place to see rockets, good educational and sciectific place for children and also adults.
Houston indeed a pit stop for oil and gas companies , technology related from space to drilling oil .
Great city!! lots of attractions to see and things to do. There's lots of traffic but it has a good infrastructure so you can get by quickly.
1. Kotanya tidak terlalu ramai 2. Kehidupan malam tidak terlalu ramai dan pk. 09.00 sdh banyak yang tutup 3.
This was a very pretty city, but I didn't get the feeling of, "Wow! I could live here!" After talking to some locals a bit, it sounds as though racism still thrives in Houston, so that alone left a bad taste in my mouth for this Texas city.
