"First thing first this hotel is situated a bit further from the town area but is a very convenient and comfortable place to stay. Hotel staff is friendly and helps with your requests. Complimentary coffee and tea with a dispensing machine in your room. Most important to check out a mini public bath that soothes your aches and pain after a long day shopping. As expected a very clean and spacious room. Security is very good very secure with pass codes from the entrance after curfew hours, lifts (keycard) and also public bath (passcode required). Very safe for single ladies. Excellent housekeeping always refills the essentials in the bathroom. Do check out their vending machines beside the laundry room. The underground subway is just a few steps away. Only bad is its all stairways. So it's tiring that you have to walk up and down every time you enter and exit. When you are hungry there is a family restaurant just beside and they have the best deals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Opens 24/7. Convenience store is just opposite. Best part is the airport limousine bus arrives just right beside the hotel and getting back to the airport is just across the street from the hotel. The place is quite and peaceful as its mostly surrounded with offices and factory (further away). Had a very good night sleep without noise disturbance although facing the road. Overall I would say I will come back and stay again in this hotel when I visit Osaka again Thank you for your hospitality "

"For travelers like me who want to stay in a hotel away from the frantic downtown life, this hotel is very well recommended. The bed is very comfortable and the sheets always smell fresh. The front desk staff are very helpful and one can take complimentary sachets of personal care products from the the desk. And the best part of this hotel is the free use of the Handy phone! This is a must when traveling to Japan. We were able to get around with so much ease. Also, while this hotel in not at the heart of the shopping destinations and places of tourist interests, it is however very close to the subway station (Nagata) which is about 1 minute walk from the hotel's entrance and the bus stop where we got off after leaving Kansai airport (also about a minute walk). Two (Lawsons and Family Mart) convenience stores are in the next building including ATMs. Such convenience! Try the restaurant Yayoiken next to the hotel for quick, yummy and reasonable priced meals."

"We accidentally booked for two adults when we had four adults traveling. Even so, the hotel staff arranged two extra tatami beds for us and even included the free drink for 4 people. The rooms were pretty big for a hotel in Japan. Other than that, there's a 7-eleven and family mart across the street and a McDonald's few blocks down the road (opposite the train station). Strategic location with good value for money. However, there's one minor setback. The toilets can't be locked. Overall a good hotel. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Osaka."
