Traveling to United States? Find Dallas (TX) hotels

This place was awesome. Clean and a lot of perks but the parking is expensive. To self park it’s $22 a night. Other than that it was a very nice stay.

I've stayed here several times and don't remember the rooms being in such bad condition--walls are scuffed and need paint, furniture beat up. Looking very tired. The saving grace for this hotel is that it's on-property at DFW. If you can afford it, stay at the the Grand Hyatt instead

My husband and I were extremely satisfied and impressed with our stay! The hotel was beautiful and our room had an awesome view. They made it all the more special with complimentary wine, strawberries and rose petals for our 24th Wedding anniversary!! Would definitely recommend this hotel!! Can't wait to go back!!

We paid for 4 stars Hotel but feel like staying in a 2 stars Hotel. Swimming pool dirty, gym too small, breakfast worst than one star hotel.

Always stay here when we can. The service and excellence of this hotel are always consistent. Feels like a genuine 5 star.

Magnolia itself was an outstanding facility, Serving staff in restaurant were kind and gracious. Hotel is surrounded by high rise buildings, so views of Dallas environs are impossible from room windows. The overnight rate for parking vehicle was excessive (over 32.00 per night).

I loved staying everything was on point... How ever on person on your mgnt is a very disrespectful persion.. I personaly think if u work in any kind of custome srvice agencies u should conduct you self in a higher standerd then the way i was just spoke to on the phone by this person ..

I recently stayed at the Magnolia Dallas Park Cities with teenager daughters. The hotel is older & our bathtub had been recoated with the coating flaking off,, but it was nice overall. Great facility! Clean, modern, well kept... especially for the price. Also, the hot breakfast was a definite plus. Please be aware that the hotel is not in the best neighborhood. There are quite a few adult establishments in the area. I did not have any problems but I would recommend exercising caution traveling in the vicinity of the hotel at night.

First of all I am blessed because the room we got was fortunately the best room in the hotel probably . The major issue was we did not have hot water for two days no one ever answered the front desk ever we continuously had to go down if we had problems speaking of that the elevator was broken most of the time small children got stuck in the elevator on two different...

this is the second time i stayed at ths hotel. i like the location and hotel charge are fairly reasonable for the room size. easy access to wi-fi. but, most important this hotel offer smoking room, so i can smoke in the room without going out of my room. breakfast are so so at this hotel as little choice o foods.

Checked in during the wee hours of the morning. Very pleasant front desk attendants. Asked and received a late check out. Rooms were clean. Good variety at the breakfast buffet. Very good overall experience.

I liked the fact the hotel was walking distance literally across the street. The people at the front desk were very nice and apologized for other employees in the top bar that weren’t so nice. The room was clean and ready when we arrived. If I was to go to another concert in dallas I will probably stay there again.

The lobby was very nice and reflective of the Hilton brand like the pics posted for the hotel, but the room were so simple and there was no fridge or safe is the room which was disappointing. Overall, good location and good value for money.

We were given a room that was not thoroughly cleaned. There was hair in the shower. Ther was visible blood on the comforter. The AC unit leaked on your back in the bathroom. The AC unit ladled through the walls and the carpet near the restroom stayed wet. This caused the room to have a musty mildew smell.

The hotel is outdated and it is too far north of downtown. Good value for the money.

Pros: Friendly staff; very helpful. Doesn't nickle and dime for toiletries and coffee. Breakfast was actually decent. Plenty of space in room. Location is prime. Cons: It is a bit dated and tired. A little bit aged, might need some renovation in the near future. However they try their very best to keep it clean.(rooms have a certain odor which I did not like too much. Breakfast is good, for a property in that category

FREE Breakfast is awesome: omelettes, sausages, oatmeal, cereals, yogurts.

CLEANLINESS IS VERY GOOD BUT THEY NEED TO IMPROVE THEIR SERVICES FOR SHUTTLE

I booked this hotel for my staycation and it didn't disappoint. The room was spacious and clean and more importantly...quiet. The location was great and I was able to get around with ease. Check was fast and the staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel is great value for money right in the middle of downtown. Staff were great and gave us a late check out. Pool is on fifth floor with a view. No poolside service. Rooms very very spacious. I would definatley recommend this hotel if staying in Dallas. Walking distance to restaurants, 6th floor museum and bronze bulls.

Hotel provides free transfer to/from DFW Airport; however it is difficult to contact them from the Terminal building (for international tourists). Shuttle bus serves several hotels and all DFW Airport Terminals; however it has limited capacity, so I would advise to reserve a place for a Hotel to Airport ride . Room was clean and comfortable. The location was fairly close to Dallas downtown. there is public bus to downtown, but they only run once a hour or so. Denny's in front of hotel. nothing much to do around hotel.

Honestly I understand that there were a newer hotel and were just getting things started but when the air conditioning doesn’t work and you see about three roaches in your room it’s pretty disgusting.
