This hotel is located in the centre of Buffalo. Check in and out was fast. The room and bathroom was large and clean. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. There was no free parking and you have to park your vehicle at the car park across the road from the hotel.

Do not book directly by phone as I was charged double for a nite than what I was quoted and never got this resolved.

What I loved most about this place, is how spactacular the chandeliers looked! The place is beautiful! Very Clean and the staff are professionals, kind and attentive.

The hotel is very nice. Extremely clean with no sign of wear on anything. The pool was closed on that day but not a big issue. Parking was very handy to the room.

The staff is fantastic , cares to make very comfortable stay . The location is very close to highways, airport and Niagara The pool is very good for children.

I booked Best Western on the Avenue for a group of 12 people traveling to Buffalo for 1 night. The location was phenomenal - walking distance to the Theatre district and Allentown and was an absolutely perfect hotel for what we needed. An added perk - free parking!

Everything was good from check in to departure. No problems, breakfast was good, location next to freeway. Staff was friendly.

we set off in a self-drive group tour and booked the itinery and hotel at a very last minute. but to our pleasant surprise, best western at buffalo airport is fairly conveniently located with many eating places around. we checked in late in the evening and asked for a recommendation for dinner, which the general manager explained clearly and enthusiastically to us.

Right next to the airport, inexpensive, friendly staff, above average free hotel breakfast that opens at 4 am to accommodate early flights, free fast airport shuttle, big room. One of the best values got the money I’ve ever had!

The best place to stay when in the area of Buffalo International Airport. Staff are nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable., never miss this place. The brst so far and recommended by my family.

For the money you spend,why do you have to pay to park that's crazy there isn't any breakfast provided either. I just think for less money you can get more. The place is certainly is beautiful the staff is fabulous.

Room was clean. Location was safe (in between 2 4-star hotels). Lots of parking space. Staff were informative and very helpful. No breakfast. Would have been perfect if with breakfast. Coffee was available at the reception.

Love everything about this hotel!! The staff, room, location.....everything is perfect! We are 2 families with 2 children and 1 baby. We booked 2 bedroom suite which was superb. the bedrooms was big and new. The living room and kitchen is spacious. Our kids enjoyed running around so much.

Staff was rude...pathetic rooms and towels were mutilated.
