Lage direkt neben der Durchzugsstraße, alte und schlechte Fenster (Lärmbelästigung), Ausstattung mit Kochutensilien ein Witz, Badewanne konnte nicht wirklich benützt werden, beim Ankommen musste das Waschbecken gereinigt werden, dass das Wasser abfließen konnte, der angebliche Schikeller war ein Kellerabstellraum ohne Sitzgelegenheit, Internet war mühsam und langsam
