"This is my first stay at Jomtien Plaza Residence and I am very impressed. The rooms were large and clean, the staff helpful, it had a beautiful swimming pool and great security. This hotel is in the heart of Jomtien, and as you walk out onto the street you can catch a baht bus to Pattaya for ten baht, or anywhere along the beach. This is my hotel of choice for Jomtien."

"Note: "The Base By Fiona" is a company that owns a number of condominiums in The Base and rents them privately. The Building. - A very new building, the facilities in this Condominium are fantastic. The rooftop pool (Tower A, Level 31) is beautiful. - Excellent location on Second Road with easy access to transport, and a short stroll to Cenral Festival. The Room. - I stayed in a one-bedroom and it was adequate for my needs. Small kitchenette / small living room / bedroom / bathroom were all fine. Limited storage space if you planned to live there, but no problem for a short stay. - It was well appointed with a Safety box, Washing machine, fridge, cutlery and utensils. The frying pan was very badly scratched, but that's only because the spatula provided was metal. - Suggest that a cleaning cloth be provided. The Staff. I was very annoyed with the check-in process. I had tried to contact the Vendor beforehand but was unsuccessful. Turns out I had to go to their management office (close by at Mikes Plaza) to check-in. Office hours are 9am-9pm and a THB2k deposit is required (none of which was advised to me). The office admin assistant couldn't find my key and her manager (lazing/dozing on the couch) was very unhelpful. Eventually everything got sorted out but it was frustratingly disorganised. "

"I stayed in two other hotels in Pattaya and there was always an excuse not to meet my needs, weather it was a "Policy, or just how the management felt it was right", I was amazed that staying at this Condo not only saved me money but the Staff at VTSix went outta there way to make sure I had everything I needed to make it an enjoyable stay, and sincerely I am not the needy type. Hands Down will always stay at the VT Six while visiting Pattaya. "

"i been going to Thailand for over 10 years , and i moved around a lot ! But once i found the Greeneryhouse i stay there each time i visit Pattaya Beach , they gave you 2 free bottles of water each day! the room is very big , and very clean . Free breakfast in the morning form 7 am til 10 , something they started 2 years ago! The location is across the street from the thai market , good shopping for your dollar! You can walk to walking st if you like also ! Know swinning pool , but they have one next door. I only stay there after many years , family mart store across the st also ! Best value for your $$$$"

"Stayed only 3 days this time with my girlfriend. This large beach front room was better then the expensive Hilton next door. The corner room has huge wrap around balcony, separate bed room and kitchen with washing machine. Furnishings were top notch. The toilet had a little bit of a smell unfortunately but it is being replaced. I have stayed in many hotels in Pattaya, and this is the best for my needs. Fully self contained. Great for storm watching! I could use my big camera lens to take photos all the way along beach road and even walking street from this room. Wonderful room, great staff and great price during off season. Honey runs Condo sales and rental, a laundry, a coffee shop as well as a good taxi service which I used to go to both Don Muang and Suvarnabhumi Airports."

"We were warmly welcomed by the staff by giving us complimentary drinks when we arrived. The staff were very helpful in fully setting up our room and guiding us. We even had an incident when we were walking outside around past 10 in the evening, 3 neighborhood dogs were barking at us and the staff immediately shooed the dogs away. The room we booked is a triple room and the bed was huge. The room itself is huge and had a homey feel to it. Would definitely book with this hotel again when I have the chance to comeback to Pattaya."

"My favorite hotel in pattaya in terms of value. Big clean room with sofa and balcony. However ask for a room facing street as the balcony is much longer. WiFi safety box 2 water daily fan and a/c rooftop pool etc all good. Receptionists and night security very good. No restaurant on site but small eateries around. A bit off the beaten path closer to 3rd road but soi is very safe and lighted. 5 mins walk to soi buakhao 10 mins to 2nd road, 15 to beach road. Recommend take moto-taxi about 40b to beach. Good for family stay with kids as Harbor Mall is close by, can walk 15-20 mins pass Big C. FYI, this hotel is guest friendly, as do most hotels in pattaya."

"I loved staying in this hotel. The location is awesome, just 10 min from the beach. The room is clean and the staff are very friendly. But the most I loved about this hotel it is suuuuper comfortable and big bed! I loved sleeping there!!!😊 Definitely will come back to this place when I am in Pattaya again. Thanks "
