"I booked the hotel as part of our London to Sydney road trip when we required a good convenient hotel in Kuala Lumpur to stay in to await the arrival of our car from India and to plan our next phase of the journey to Australia. The hotel is very large, but has all the services expected of a first class hotel. The swimming pool and gymnasium are excellent especially the gym which is very well equipped. The lobby bar is comfortable with some very friendly and helpful staff. The conciege too were helpful throughout our stay. Some people might find it too big to stay in because it doesn't have the intimacy of smaller hotels but for my purposes it was an excellent choice. Barry Hawgood"

"As a couple traveler, I was very happy to stay with a clean and convenient hotel, and the rate of the room is awesome and very suitable with a backpackers who don't need a breakfast just need a comfortable place to sleep. "

"I Used to book Nomad at Sucasa which is just opposite Lanson Place Ambassador Row. Unfortunately, Nomad Sucasa have raised their pricing to am unbelievable price of around RM 360 per night. For this price, I can look for a decent good hotel stay around in Kuala Lumpur. For this price, Nomad Sucasa cannot simply worth it even though they claim theirs is a 5 star stay. More like 3 star to me. For this price, It prompted me to look for another alternative. Finally, I found Lanson Place Ambassador Row with a price tag that agoda had offer. I booked a 1 bedroom apt. Good and cleaned room. Customer service excellent and most importantly with easy access to their Internet service within their hotel areas. Room signals are good as well. Whatever is it, this Apartment is definitely a extreme value for money and u will not regret staying especially when family with young kids is concern. Altough no restaurant to serve breakfast, but who cares abt breakfast since food is easily available in nearby areas. "

"communication with the host is a breeze, Hayden is very friendly and helpful with providing advice and recommendation to us on what to do/eat in KL. The 1 bedroom apartment is clean, spacious and well-equipped, it is located near to major tourist attractions. My children love the swimming pool and our stay in Hayden's apartment, will definitely come back again for our next trip to KL. "

"Loved this place, we stayed for 2 nights before travelling across Malaysia and enjoyed it so much we returned for our last two nights in Kuala Lumpur. It’s in an excellent spot for bars, night market and shops and yet in a quiet location. We had a deluxe room with the most amazing views of the city including the KL Tower and the Twin Towers. If you don’t mind heights it’s worth having a higher floor to appreciate the views. We were on floor 38 on our return but what a view! Real good facilities, we had a lovely big bathroom including a bath (some rooms only have showers) and a good size kitchen. Agoda were cheapest deals and didn’t fail to disappoint. Overall a lovely stay."

"Last minute booking. Found a gem in the heart of KL. The facilities are excellent. The security is very focus and polite in directing you to check-in till check-out. There is 7-Eleven and food store within the walking distance which is very convenient. For this price, I have got 2 queen size bed to accommodate my family, which we are very satisfied. Although the room is not that spacious, the beds provided the best comfort and we have no complaint about it. Will definitely come back again."

"Felt like home, massive space, great experience, great design, great customer service, lady at night shift was very lovely and helpful, gentleman in the morning went out of his way and helped unconditionally. Absolutely incredible. Only improvement is required in housekeeping area bit i.e. Clean lenin, bed sheets and towels. While staying there, missed my family. Next time family trip deffinitely in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and deffinitely in Regalia Suites!"

"Dear Travelers, I hope this review makes it well for you to decide whether or not to book this hotel as vacation in Kuala Lumpur. Location : Not really good as it’s located at the end of the streets. If you can walk, this should not be a problem. However for me, I have younger kids thereafter difficult to walk far, so everytime I go out to look for food, I need a cab. Cleanliness : Nothing much to say, it’s good. Staff : Friendly, helpful. Room : Really big and comfortable, except for the toilet doors. The water drip out of door underneath not a good design of sliding doors. Facilities : Went Swimming w the kids and they love it. However please note there’s no Kids pool. I will come back again if Im travelling w my Husband."

"Totally the room sangat okay sangat best dengan KL view + bersih bilik besar. WiFi laju + Netflix. The toilet was cool tapi cuma provide shampoo sahaja. But overall bilik like studio and sangat okay love it. The facility hm so so lah sebab pool tak boleh guna pkp kan, and ada tempat lepak the gardens were so nice gila with KL view tapi berbau sikit mcm bau kepam please take note! And parking kena bayar RM5/once in! Untuk guest yang check in also kena bayar parking RM5!! "

"Everything was perfect. Yet, as this is my first time booking a residence, I was not aware that I need to contact the owner myself to check in despite being the customer. I was sure that I filled in my phone number during booking so that I could be informed if needed clarification or whatnot... Anyhow, after the receptionist informed me to personally contact the owner, I called the number and was told to wait for further instructions from the middleman to check in. Okay. The thing is after waiting for 10mins without any response, and enduring mosquito bites, I had to called the owner again asking the instructions. Finally then received a whatapps text on how to self check in. Talk about time wasted.. Check in management is a bit lacking, so I hope to see some improvement in that particular part. TQ "
