"When I first enter the room, I found little pieces of food on the table, so I called the operator to ensure if my room has been cleaned before. I actually don’t mind removing them by myself but I was concerned about the hygiene due to Covid-19 situation. The operator said that she has no idea, she needed to ask the housekeeper. Then, another staff visited my room to pickup the pieces of food. He apologized and left. I asked if my room has been cleaned or not. He said it was an empty room and he has no idea about it. After I checked out and left for an airport. I found my ID card missing, so I called back to the hotel front. I told them that I do need the ID card to take a flight that morning and requested to have a housekeeper checking for the ID card in my room. The operator told me he will do so and call me back. It’s already another day. I’ve been back home after a very difficult situation at the airport. I never get a call. Actually, the hotel is nice and fully facilitated. The room is kind of small but lovely and convenient. The location is good. The promo price is the best. All the staff treated and talked to me very politely. But, their service is obviously careless. I hope they mind this review and improve. Then, it would be very perfect."

"Nestled away down a peaceful side street of ThongLor yet amongst the centre of Bangkok's best neighbourhood. The design & quality of fittings is that which you'd expect from a 5 star hotel. It's so peaceful here with sound proofing walls. The staff from receptionist to the security, house keeping & manager all conduct themselves with the highest level of professionalism. To say it's a bargain would be a vast understatement."

"Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Hotel staff picked us up at the airport and transported us for free to the hotel in just around 10 minutes. Staff accommodated our special request - that for a room facing the pool - without extra charge and made sure we got the twin beds and non-smoking room that we requested although we booked online at a discounted price. No welcome drink upon check in, but you may grab a banana or two from the front desk. The room was spacious and clean, the tv was big and with English channels (including cartoons!), and the minibar was quiet (no loud humming). Free bottles of drinking water. The bathroom was big enough for dancing in - if that's your kind of thing before showering! - and the shower felt like the rainshower kind. The beds were nice, though sleep could have been nicer with an extra pillow on each bed. The room had a porch overlooking the pool and it was big enough for lounging in for drinks. The hotel felt family-friendly. Breakfast wasn't friendly to those with dietary restrictions and not worth the 150 baht charge per head. We opted to instead take the free shuttle van to the airport for breakfast at the foodcourt there. Turned out well, with a filling breakfast to be had for as litle as US$1.50. If you're fine with hotdogs and chilled sandwiches for breakfast, there's a 7-Eleven just a stone's throw away from the hotel. There are also "tea shops" nearby selling the usual Thai street food, but they don't open for breakfast. This is a nice hotel to stay in if you just want a layover 'til your next day's flight or if you have business near the airport. But it might be a tad too far if you plan to go shopping in downtown Bangkok and will be staying for a few days. Unless you're fine with daily taking the free shuttle van to the airport and from there catching the train that goes to downtown Bangkok and vice versa. "

"I liked the location. Usually I have stayed in the Banglamphu area, the backpacker place to stay. After staying there for the last 25 years whenever in Bangkok I felt like I needed a change so chose Siam area. I arrived very early, 7am, I was able to take a room at 9am. The staff at reception were not the friendliest, but at least I got my room early. The road in front of the hotel is very busy, but the room was quiet enough. The usual A/C. fridge, T.V. you expect at this price range. Wifi was good. I don't think the hotel had food, but around I found the best street food and cheap but great food restaurants I have found in Bangkok. The hotel is a ten minute walk to the massive MBK shopping mall and the impressive Siam Discovery Centre. I spent hours walking around these places until my feet were aching too much, how wonderful to have a foot massage later! Anyway, back to the hotel, it's a bit on the expensive side for me but is good value for money. For short stays in Bangkok with plenty of local shopping options I can recommend and will likely stay there again. Also close to the BTS Skytrain and Jim Thompson house."

"We chose this hotel on our way back to Chieng mai because of its location (near Airport extress train and MRT). We had a really wonderful time there! Check in took less than 3 min. They had all my details and my requests were perfectly met. The room was very clean and nicely decorated with 'real' wood floor and oversized windows. Bed very comfortable. Good water pressure with fantastic toiletries (natural lemongrass scent). With this quality, this is no doubt one of the best value hotels in Bangkok!"

"I spent one night here before a mid morning flight out of Thailand. It provided everything you can ask for from a hotel close the the airport at a very reasonable price. Only a 5-10 minute drive to the airport. There’s a couple restaurants not far away and a 7-eleven a 10min walk away. The man at the desk is all business. He checked us in & out efficiently and flagged us a cab in the morning for 100baht to the airport. The room is basic but has everything you need. The bed wasn’t super comfortable, but it was perfectly adequate. AC worked good. Shower pressure was good and hot water was consistent. Overall, it served its purpose fantastically. If you need a place before or after a flight into Bangkok for a good price, I highly recommend this place. I will return. "

"i stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks due to the fact my husband was taken ill on holiday. i chose it for the location as it was very close to bangkok hospital where my husbands was a patient. the staff were vey helpful and always met you with a smile. lovely swimming pool and lounge area. a 24 hour supermarket was just a few minuets away which was useful and there is a small restaurant located in the store who sell lovely thai food. only draw back for me was the breakfast chloice-japanese or american! it would have been good just to have a bowl of cereal or fresh fruit instead of chips and salad on your breakfast plate!
