Just be careful that there is another APA Hotel nearby. This location is closer to the station, so it's good. It's just hard when you see the other one (a few more blocks to go) is easier to find from anywhere. The hotel entrance & street was a bit dark during the night, but the room was good!

5 mins walk from Hiroshima station. Very convenient. No need to cross to get to the hotel- thats another branch. Cheerful staff who acknowledge whenever you go out or come back hotel.

Great location”
Location was great, very near to Hiroshima station which is good if you decide to do short trips out of Hiroshima by trains. The building is rather old, but the room is still clean and good for staying.

Within 5 minutes-walk from Hiroshima station.”
Near Hiroshima station, only within 5 minutes-walk. We stay 5 night here, easy to go to sight seeing areas by bus or street tram or JR train. Room is clean but small in standard of APA hotel, same as Osaka, that I stayed last year. Staffs are friendly and can speak English well.

One of the smaller APA hotels but still excellent. The location is very good, so convenient for the station, bus and tram terminals. Staff were very helpful. Plenty of eating places at the station and also very close to the Okonomiyaki 'Museum(?)' for the Hiroshima speciality.

Convenient, with beautiful views”
This hotel is just next to Hiroshima station, so it is very convenient. Room was medium but the view of the river was absorbing. But Remember don't go to the wrong one as there is another APA hotel next to the river.

Great Location, Clean Hotel,Small Rooms-It's Japan”
we mainly just used the hotel for sleep and naps. the location is great right next to the main hiroshima train station. hotel staff is very nice. my pregnant wife needed an extra pillow and it was brought up in 10 mins. the hotel room is quite small, compared to western hotels, but this is japan and the price is right.

Excellent location”
Hotel is an excellent location, close to the train station, eateries & shopping. There are to APA hotels, this one is the older one, our taxi took us to the newer one by the time realized this our taxi already left, so we walked over the bridge to get there, it was raining so that made it awful, if it was sunny it would of been bea utiful walk. Rooms very clean & the staff was very nice. Although the hotel was older it was very close to the train station.

Convenient location”
Staff was helpful and friendly, room was reasonably sized for a Japanese hotel, excellent location (a few blocks away from Hiroshima Station). But check in time was weird (3pm).

Clean but small hotel within walking distance from train station”
As expected APA rooms are small, so our expectations were already there. We liked that the location is quite close to Hiroshima train station. There is a bathtub to relax in rooms, but very small too. While trying to transfer our luggage at the counter, the staffs are really helpful even though they are not good at speaking English. And they even offered to fill up the forms for all 5 pax for the delivery service. We really appreciate it.

Around 7 minutes walk from Hiroshima station. Staff are really smiley and helpful. Got the corner high floor room and love it! However, due to the centralised system, the room got really hot in the middle of the night.

good location, small rooms”
The small twin/double rooms and single rooms are the same size. Perfect for single travelers but really TINY for 2. Be sure to book the bigger room for 2 pax. It was clean and cozy, though small, with quite a big TV in the room. The windows in the room I got could not be opened though. And the staff at the reception doesn't speak English. But he tried his best to accommodate to our request of extra towels and pillows (self service). Overall fuss free and I would stay here again if I travel to Hiroshima.

All room in cheap hotel in Japan always small. But I recommend this hotel because of really good location, 5 minutes walk from Hiroshima Station and great breakfast.

Good value and very close to the train station, with its many nearby shops and restaurants. Clean but a bit scrappy compared to the newer apa hotels. Basic facilities but everything you need, plus some far right propaganda included as a bonus ...

Staff were very helpful and friendly”
the room and bathroom was small (although we did book a small double) but comparable to japanese standards. the hotel was a little older than others we stayed at but everything was clean and comfortable. the location was walking distance (25 minutes) to the main tourist attractions (a-bomb site etc...) but we caught the tram (which was easy and cheap). very close to the main hiroshima train station. breakfast was nice enough, but alot of the food was cold. the staff at the front service desk were extremely helpful and friendly.

Classic APA”
Classic APA room style Small room fit for two person There are two APA in Hiroshima JR station, I am quite regret to stay in this old one, another new APA which is opposite of the river, looks like more new and grand. My BF he has 186cm height, and he really can't fit in the bed.
