The price is okay but if it can be lower a bit will be excellent. The hotel just got a new owner and hope they will bring more positive enhancement to the hotel

Free hot and cold drinking water dispenser inside the hotel, free soft drinks inside the refrigerator 6,3 Our stay is just fine. We felt inconvenience with the elevator service since only two elevators are working. They do not have free or paying Wi Fi access inside the rooms, guests need to stay at the lobby to check mails or other Internet services

Reiste alene United States of America, 18. desember 2012	Looks good on the outside but the inside is not On the beach front and close to many amenities 5 Front desk had no sense of urgency in checking me in to my room. I arrived late at night and had booked my reservation through Agoda the morning I arrived. Front desk staff told me that my reservation was not received because their reservation staff was off that day. Staff told me to have a seat and they would see what they could do. I waited for about 15 min and when I went back up to the front desk they weren't even working on looking for a room for me. I had to express to them my desire to check in be side it was late and I was tired. I showed them my print out from Agoda and my confirmation email and they finally got me a room. The room looks ok when you walk in but then you realize you have a 13 inch flat screen TV, sub standard A/C and a bed as hard as a rock. Additionally my shower head holder was broken and I had to shower holding the shower head. Luckily I only stayed there 2 nights. Definitely not worth the money or time. Rooms are old and staff has no sense of customer service.

Par Philippines, 1. oktober 2012	Great Location but outdated location, infinity pool 6,7 The hotel rooms are old and need renovation. the carpet looks dirty. the staff are friendly but are not flexible. as an agoda customer, they only give you the room reserved for Agoda and cannot be flexible even if there are available rooms of the same kind. Shoppingtips: sales tax is free, you can shop at GPO, Ross, K-Mart and Micronesia mall

Restaurants and night life are all woalking distance which was great news for our group.

Par South Korea, 17. februar 2013	가격대비 나쁘지 않다. 전망, 위치, 수영장. 9,3 오션뷰여서 그랬는지 전망은 아주 좋았음. 침대 바로 옆에 큰 창으로 보이는 투몬전체의 바다가 환상적임. 위치도 웨스틴 바로 옆으로..중심가라고 할 수 있음. 바로 걸어서 3분거리에 DFS갤러리아 백화점이 있음. 더 플라자도 있고.. 브랜드 쇼핑하기에는 좋은듯 함. 옆에 있는 아웃리거 리조트 앞바다를 같이이용해야 함. 수영장에서 내려가면 바로 비치가 나옴. 하지만 물고기는 많지 않음~ 결과적으로는 가격대비 나쁘지 않음..깔끔하고 일본인 관광객이 많아서인지 친절.
Hea W. Par South Korea, 12. februar 2013	위치는 좋지만 시설은..그닥 위치는 매우 좋습니다. 6,7 셔틀버스가 웨스틴에서 서서, 괌리프까지 걸어가야 하기때문에 은근 걷는 시간이 있습니다. 다른호텔들은 호텔 입구에서 세워줍니다. 게스트 서비스는 친절한 일본인 아저씨가 많이 도와줍니다. 방은 그냥 낡은 느낌이였지만 수영장은 가장 맘에 듭니다.
