It's the most beatiful hotel by the river in Chiangmai. 10 out of 10 for the food. They have very nice afternoon tea, and very nice breakfast. The food was of high quality. The bread and pastries were delicious and fresh. I think the hotel makes the dough themselves. 9 out of 10 for the services. Service was good, but it looked like the hotel was understaffed. In the restaurant, on a couple of occasions we had to get up to go find the staff ourselves to order food/deserts. 10 out of 10 for location: the hotel is by the river, so you can have fantastic views of the river from the restaurant and the pool. It's walking distance to the night bazaar. There are many restaurants around. It's quite centrally lcoated. There is also car parking (for those that have a car). Dislikes: It was quite crowded when we stayed here and there weren't enough lounge chairs by the pool for everyone. Also the room was a bit smaller than average compared to other hotels we have stayed at in Chiangmai otherwise everything else was fantastic

The staff was very friendly, I got a heatstroke, and the staff helped me to buy the medicine and provided some useful advises. And the spa is a must do, though expensive, the experience could certainly live up to the price.
