Good enough for relaxation
Swimming pool, Garden, Play ground.

Stayed one night only. I was thinking to have some rest or relaxation away from the city and this was a great deal.
It is kind of hard to go this resort with public transportation but not a problem if you have your own car or rent one.
There is a fancy swimming pool and great botanic garden.
Good deal if you want to relax your self away from the city area.

A beautiful retreat with perfect grounds
The gardens are perfect for a lovely walk.The staff are superb and the location is excellent. If you want relaxation this sis the place for you!

Relaxing, Quiet, Beautiful gardens

Our family enjoyed our stay. Instead of 2 days, we stayed for 4 days.
It was very relaxing, really enjoyed walking and bicycling in the gardens.

Great place for a weekend get-a-way.
It was very quiet and relaxing. The gardens are truly awesome and must be experienced to be be believed. Very good place for a simple but romantic weekend.

We enjoyed ourselves very much. The staff at the front desk were quite helpful. Went for a one hour massage and this was definitely one of the hi-lights of our stay. We had a ground floor corner room and it was so pleasant and relaxing just to sit outside and enjoy the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of an early morning in Thailand.

I will go there as often as I can find time. It is a beautifully kept resort ans every care is taken to meake it natural. Lots of birds and wild life.

Great tropical garden hotel but tons of mosquitos

- room cleanliness is great and great interior design with the chiangmai lanna heritage concept.
- room is comfortable but there are tons of mosqitos in the evening! the hotel does not even provide mosquito coils! got to be-careful if you're bringing kids.
- can be very quiet at night, very quiet.
- far from chiangmai's night bazaar and walking street, can be difficult to get taxi at night.
- poor service upon arrival, front desk wasn't very helpful, we even need to carry our own luggage bag on check out, that was disappointing.

This hotel is situated right inside the Botanical Garden, which is really worth paying a visit, entry ticket is free to all the hotel guest.
