avsides liggende og rolig resort
Romet var stort og romsligt. Bassenget var bra både for store og små. Veldig hjelpsome hotell ansatte fikser det meste av turer som måtte ønkes

Når jeg kom synes jeg hotellet var litt i overkant avsidesliggende. Og ble ekstremt skuffet når jeg skulle gå til stranden. Stranden er gjørmete og alt vannet forsvinner når det er lav vann. Men litt kjekt for store og små og gå å se hva du finner av liv i når vannet forsvant. Maten var ikke så veldig god, ganske smak løst, har en vei å gå der. Hotellet fikset de turene som ble ønsket f.eks dykking, anbefales. Transport til en offentlig strand 10minutter vekke var heller ingen problem, obs, ingen resturant på stranden. Vi var en familie på 5 stk og vi hadde et greit opphold. Moalboal anbefales kanskje først og fremst for dykkere og ikke småbarnsfamilier. Prisen er litt høy i forhold til kvaliteten på hotellet.

Great rooms and a beautiful pool with an ocean view. The owner and staff can meet any needs you have, just ask! We loved our 4 days here. The location is quiet and the rest of the area can be reached by the hotel's rental motorbikes. The pet monkey and pig are nice too!

If you want a place that is far from the beaten path, this is it. The staff were very nice. Restaurant prices were higher than average. Beautiful views, but not a good swimming or snorkelling beach. Good value.

Fun in the Sun in New Hotel

This was one of the nicest hotels in the area. It is very small, but expanding and the owners are very informative and polite. It is secluded and sets the mood for a time of solitude and reflection. The pool was large and had a separate child's pool. The view was stunning in the evening. It felt like we were in a primitive place, but staying in brand new, state of the art hotel. I would recommend this hotel 100% to anyone looking for a serving, polite staff, great room, pool and views worth a million dollars.

Nice place with swimming pool also for kids with good food beach was just near not the best beach but stil ok I like the bead in the delux room just like home. All in all I have a good stay...

Memorable, comfortable, relaxing, lovely staff

I stayed at the Moalboal beach resort on Friday 5th April 2013 and would strongly recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in a quiet, clean, first class and expertly run resort.
The room we stayed in was a traditional style room, air conditioned, very spacious with an en-suite bathroom. I chose the basic room but was still pleasantly surprised.
The location and views are breath taking, there is a large swimming pool with plenty of sheltered seating areas like little cabanas surrounding the area and you feel very secure there as there is a guard on the gate 24 hours a day.
There is a nice restaurant bar area that serves nice food and the service is superb, nothing is too much trouble for the staff and the owner has lots of time to sit and talk with his guests.
I would stay there again without hesitation and look forward to spending more time there in the near future.
Depending on your budget and needs I would go for a basic standard room, it has a large bed and air con, a must and also cold shower, believe me you do not need a hot shower in this climate. If you want to stay in and watch TV I would choose a different room because there isn't one, but there are plenty of other things to do besides TV right? There is even a pet monkey that belongs to the owner and a little tip he prefers mango to bananas.
