But I always travel by taxi however the problem is taxi doesn't often know where the hotel is. So pls keep hotel name card with you to show taxi driver.

By having serious looking face one portrays a very unwelcoming look. Slow to hand over rooms. Keys to 2 rooms not able to open doors after back from breakage at 11.15am. Time wasted going up and down to get it verified but still not accessible. Stressed.
