Very posh lobby with spacious sitting area. Very nice ambience. Friendly and helpful staff

Even though the stay was just one night, the choice to stay in Aryaduta was a good one. Except for my first encounter where the receptionist put me off when I was told to hold on because a room was not available, all other things about this hotel was good and better than our expectations.

it was a great 2 nights stay however the check in and check out time is very annoying.
I enjoyed the pool view. The spacious room and comfortable bed with easy internet access throughout the hotel.
The location is also centralised making it easy for us to sight see. The in room dining is nice as well.

i was very satisfied with the luxury all-in services which this hotel was provide. great food, so many buffet to choose for breakfast, nice design of swimming pool surrounded by the hotel rooms, bar and its restaurant. located in 5th floor of mall, but it doesn't matter, because the hotel is having its own lobby on the ground floor, and makes the rooms very quite because placed on to the 5th floor and above. the large room and large windows, make me love to see the city view and city light of Medan.

It is easy to move around the town.
the brakfast, clean room and all the essential needs of a traveller.

We would to stay in Aryaduta again for our next visit. Compare to the hotels that we have stayed in Brastagi and also Danau Toba for higher price the condition were not well maintained. All in all we found that hotels in Bali are the best in Indonesia in term of service n food
