hotel is near to major shopping malls, room condition is good.

Basically other than the front office staffs, the location of this hotel is prerry good, near to major shopping malls like sogo, times square, IT, hysan place etc. To causeway bay mtr is only within walking distance. It has a very nice and lovely room. The staffs are not attentive, keep chatting among themself.

Large but Dusty

The place was under construction so everything (walkways etc) felt really mini. Staff were attentive and helpful, room was spacious enough to contain a large group comfortably. Wifi wasnt working well though, and cleanliness of the place needs to be improved. the place was dusty when we went in and the bathroom were not exactly what you would call very clean. and OK stay though

Great location, in the centre of Causeway Bay. There are shops and resstaurants all around and easy walks to catch train, bus or tram.

Poorly designed rooms

Rooms are NOT small but very poorly designed. Absolutely no privacy. No where to change clothes etc in private. Crammed shower and toilet unit. Anyone over 1.75m tall would NOT be able to sit on the toilet and close the sliding glass door !!! They could and should have done better.

the pillows were not comfortable as they were very flat and smelled musky, which gave us a neckache for all nights! also, the walls were too thin. we were rudely awakened at 1am from the noise in the neighbouring room
