Our stay was nice, we did not have any problems

Overall our stay was nice. We did not have any issues as regards to the booking as well as durig check in and check out. Our was just right for us, our only comment is the cost of wifi, it should be free for hotel guest and should be part of their services. Room service was also good and all our request have been served.

1 Airport Express Train Shuttle Bus Service from Kowloon Station is just opposite the hotel. 2. The carpet was rather new and the room was comfortable. The bathroom and room hav sufficient space.e

The stay was comfortable except the inconvenience of WIFI only available at the lobby area. There was no enough sofa and chairs as there were usually several guests making use of the wireless service at the lobby.

Air-condition was good, bath room was clean thou sometimes you have to ask for face towel because they get the soiled ones but do not replace new ones. On our last night, we were not given face towels even we asked for. Extra bed not comfortable and pillow too soft and flat.

Good Location for shopping in Tsim Sha Tsiu

Our stay was okay. However, it could have been better if the shower lever handle was not defective; it was not able to direct all the water to the shower consequently the shower pressure was weak and at the same time water was being wasted since it was also flowing in the faucet below. You also have to flush more than once to fully clear the toilet bowl. Internet was also expensive. The bell boys were very helpful. Getting a taxi was fast.
